Loved my stay

The staff was very nice and helpful but the room was dirty, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the room had roaches.

No shuttle service available when there were light snow

The hotel and room was great. Only constructive criticism I have was the back entrance. Both times we wanted to enter the back door there were a few people "hanging" out on the walk. First time just someone smoking. The next time, later evening, 3 people were there smoking and loud music. Made it uncomfortable to use the door. Front door was fine.

Only issue was a very heavy pot smell on first floor, just inexcusable... everything else was fine.

Nice quiet area right down the road from Knoxville airport. Very clean room sand staff was very accommodating.

TV wouldn't work properly, Channels frozen, no HD only analog.

You really need new mattress for the pullout sofa and blankets and pills for it would be helpful

Room was nice, but the WiFi was pretty much unusable. Nothing would load at all, the TV was very staticky. The bath tub didn’t have a stopper that worked, so I had to figure out a different way to give my toddler a bath.

Staffs are friendly and professional. Very clean and quiet hotel, and very close to the airport.

Clean and good breakfast.

Had great customer service by the front desk staff! Got me to the airport for my flight earlier than expected!

Wonderful stay

Hair on the towels and what looked like a sticky trap for rodents was under the heater with a cough drop stuck to it.
