Staff were incredibly helpful and friendly especially Carlos who checked us in. He provided us a detailed itinerary of what to do for the two days of our trip. We were also upgraded to a suite free of charge and the room was superb. Would highly recommend.

Great 3 night stay.

Location & roof terrace were excellent. Our room wasn’t a great location a single frosted internal facing window meant zero view and limited natural light. Shower water pressure was poor. Hair dryer was also poor.

The facility was excellent, that roof top view and pool was incredible. The room was great, A/C worked more than fine and we had to turn it down. The proximity to the public transport was great, and there are a lot of places to eat, and convenience stores to replenish supplies.

Located very close to the cruise lines, well maintained, air-conditioning, great, extremely modern.

Room was amazing. Got upgraded with a jacuzzi and balcony to die for. Enjoyed so much breakfast could have been better but it was acceptable swimming pool and rooftop with immaculate views. Would love to come back again.

Lovely clean and spacious room with a nice bathroom and the terrace/pool area is excellent!

Hotel is close to a metro station and about a 15 minute walk to las ramblas

The rooms were clean, and the bathroom includes the typical bidet and towel warmer. The toilet paper roll holder is in an odd place, basically inside of the shower/bathtub area and kept falling apart when I tried to use. The rooftop pool, gym, and deck area is very nice! The staff was great and super helpful. Location is awesome, with a metro right outside the hotel.

His was a good hotel with an attentive and friendly staff. There were spacious rooms, fast elevators and close proximity to the cruise port if transiting to a ship.

The staff were all great. The breakfast we had on 4 days was great with soo many choices for the buffet. We were also given a picnic to take on our last day as we were heading to the airport very early. A bag full of sandwiches fruits juices and muffins Amazing
