Came here for an over night stay with my sister. The safe was so extremely friendly! The room was clean and beds were pretty comfy! Hot tub was amazing, and clean!

The staff was great and trying their best, but they were horribly understaffed. It was a busy weekend and the family we were traveling with weren't able to get into their room until after 6pm because it hadn't been cleaned. The heater in our room made a loud ticking noise every time it came on. But it is the first hotel we've stayed in in the last 2 years that had a working hot tub and warm pool!

The mattress was incredibly firm and the pillows were so thin they felt like tissue. The hottub was under 80degrees and less than ideal for relaxation. The room was clean and modern and wifi worked perfectly. The breakfast was great and staff was very friendly.

We liked the spaciousness of the room the accommodations with a television in the refrigerator that microwave. We didn’t use them, but it’s nice to know that they were there we Would have The desk manager was very polite and helpful.

Just a visit back home to celebrate family. The hot tub was nice! The high pitched sound from it- I could have done without. Loved ‘The Rag’ Will for sure make this my go to hotel for my visits back to my hometown.
