Very dated.

The room was too small for the furniture - a couch had been added to the room (not at our request) that blocked access to the window and heat/AC unit. Although there was a Honeywell heat/AC controller on the wall that didn't adjust the temperature. The controls that did were on the unit itself. We realized that after our first warm night. Overall the hotel is nice, the staff are very friendly and the location is convienient to the outlets but it definitely could use some upgrading (including the bathroom plumbing).

A good trip

Our first night the AC didn't work it blew out hot air. I went to the front desk asking for help. 3 times, it was never resolved. I was told to open the window. The woman working the desk just didn't seem to care. The next day Kaydee was working the front desk and within 10 minutes of telling her the issue, she has us moved to a new room. She was super sweet and apologetic. This is a property for families with small children

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. You literally don't have to leave the, because it has all the amenities from food to entertainment. The view is gorgeous. So close to The White Mountains and other activities. It's definetly worth your time and money to check it out.

Loved the indoor and outdoor heated pools and hottubs. Restaurant was friendly and good. Rooms were clean and comfortable

Property is run down needs maintenance

The hotel was dated and the heating was very loud. Pool was dirty. Staff was nice & friendly.

Simply Just Greatful. Awesome facility friendly staffing. Only thing would be coffee makers in the rooms or a station where available. Thank you .

This hotel is definitely catered to much younger children than my 15 and 16 yo teenagers. I hadn't been here since my kids were young and didn't realize how many kids could be here at any given time. If you have children up through age 12 you're probably going to be right at home, but otherwise it's way too many kids around to be an enjoyable stay.

Great location...room/bathroom a bit worn/dated, but overall happy with our stay.

As a place we've visited a number of times over the last 25 years the've always done a good job making it appealing and relaxing. It's well maintained and offers something for everyone. The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious. The only knock we had was that the compressors in A/C wall units were loud. Even with ours shut off completely you could hear the rumble of the units adjacent to our room as they cycled on and off, but having stayed in many hotels that is not unusual, just made it a bit harder to sleep.

The first room I was checked into had dirt in the shower and little worm like insects crawling around. The next room I checked in to, I killed 3 spiders upon entry and the Ac/heating unit was completely rusted and hanging off the wall. Do better. You didn’t do North Conway any justice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Any time I had a question, they answered thoroughly and never acted like I was bothering them
