Average hotel, but they need to sort the Aircon in the room. We had it at the lowest setting, but still red hot.

We stayed one night as we were there for business. The room was functional and had everything needed.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast. Outdoor dining is great.

First impressions of the property were this would be a nice place to stay. However after the first night when the air conditioning broke (and was out the rest of the stay) and no hot water the next morning made for a miserable stay.

We were given an accessible/ handicap room with no option to switch. The floor it was on had an unpleasant smell. No air conditioning in the rooms until June. Hotel staff was available but not overly attentive or friendly.

Nice hotel. Very funky bar and lobby area. Rooms were clean and tidy with a huge TV! Bar area nice and food was reasonable too. Staff young and friendly. Check-in can get busy with only one staff on, but great experience overall. Well located for the Symphony hall and La Villette.

Not close to central Paris and attractions, but very close to the metro station that can take you anywhere. The room I stayed was ok, don’t know why they call privilege though. It felt a average room trying to be posh.

Comfortable stay, air con was a bit noisy

Good, ideal location for the zenith centre, nothing spectacular and they are currently doing work outside for an outside relaxing area by the looks of it. But all fine really. They did try and charge me for the room again on the way out 🙄

Room did not smell good. Rest was fine.

The hotel in itself is actually ok with a nice bar. The room is small but in line with Mercure. The food is nice and the breakfast is of quality.The bathroom however is a big disappointment. Old, with mold and limescale. For close to €200 a night that's really disappointing. The area is a bit rough but hotel is right next to Hoche metro.

Location is poor and the room needed a good scrub and a renovation!

J’ai réservé cette hôtel en pensant que c’était celui de porte de Pantin mais il est à Pantin et très bonne surprise car il est encore mieux

Séjour agréable, Hôtel bien situé à proximité des transports, Tram et métro, établissement propre, personnel accueillant. Les enfants ont adoré le baby-foot. Par contre il faut faire un effort pour améliorer le petit déjeuner car c’est pas varié pour son prix.
