good conditions better cold & hot balance

Staff was very friendly room was clean close to a lot of shopping bar in the hotel was convenient to have a drink without having to walk to one although people in the next room were really loud yelling in the middle of the night

The room is clean, but the pool water is cold.

There was a mouse in the room on our second night. It kept us up during the night.

Everything was great. Loved my stay!

There was a physical fight in the elevator between 2 people and my 10 year old daughter was almost hit, we got out of the elevator immediately (not on our floor) & the security was there...I believe they were the ones to put them in the elevator...a security guard really should've been sent in the elevator with them. Also, the reason we stayed in the hotel was due to the pool and waterslide, went to go to the pool and was told it was closed for maintenance until noon...we had to check out at 11am so we didn't get to use the pool. It is unlikely we will ever stay there again.

The hotel's welcome is positive, and the room is spacious with good ventilation, ensuring a good sleep. A minor concern is the restaurant in the hotel center, which could improve food ordering overly oily, or saucy.

Absolutely clean rooms, staff was reallt friendly easy checkin and check outs only thing was the aaltos restaurant for dining in the staff could have been better in service

The room was good condition but did not have a soap dispenser rather a bar of soap but no soap dish the bar of soap got stuck to the counter then I had no soap to use that was dissapointing. The hot tub was not good at all very low water and the pressure and heat was not great. Other then that everything was okay.

The room was clean. The Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The security guard was very rude while letting people into the pool area. The pool area was very dirty and run down. The pool area would benefit from a deep clean and upgraded amenities.
