Nicely remodeled hotel!

Huge pit hole in front ruined my bumper

Desk staff went above and beyond to hold our reservation and check us in when our arrival at the property was delayed past midnight. Property is nicely equipped, clean and conveniently located. Would definitely seek it out if returning to Rock Hill.

Very nice stay!

We enjoyed our time at the Hilton Garden in. The only downfall is our bed was super uncomfortable and hard. I was hoping by booking with Hilton we would for sure have a comfy bed but I was wrong. Service was great, room was immaculate, and staff were amazing.

Everything was as expected, all done well.

Friendly staff made us feel at home

Everything looked really good. They are still finishing up their remodel. I think I’ll get my husband to go with me next time so we can see how the remodel looks

The property did not meet the Hilton standards l have come accustom to the bar is not a bar at all it's a table with a few alcohol choices on the wall was told rooms are serviced by maids every two days and if l wanted clean towels I should come down and get them. Stood at the counter for over15 minutes befor someone came to check me in

Like: location.. dis like: breakfast no being complementary

Quiet, pet friendly, great walking areas surround the property and easy self parking. We come back each year on our travels through.

I purposely booked this hotel as it said there was a restaurant on sight . When checking in there was a sign on the front desk saying it was closed for a few days due to the holiday !!?? If I had known that I wouldn’t have booked it . After traveling in a car for 12 hours we just want to check in and then have a glass of wine and some dinner without having to go anywhere . Very disappointed!!

Short overnight stay. Room clean and comfortable. Breakfast is an extra.

The location could not have been better! It is conveniently located to restaurants and retail shops as well as easy access to the interstate! The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the cleaning crew was also very personable! My daughter and I are already planning our next mother/daughter getaway and we will definitely book here again!

In town for a game. Convenient location, clean rooms and facility, friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly, the facility is very clean, and I appreciate that they accommodated our dogs. There were also good areas to walk the dogs.
