Very courteous staff. Room was comfortable and nice. Only complaint was it was cold, even when we changed the thermostat. We requested an extra blanket, which was brought promptly. I packed it all.

Used luggage sticker was stocked between comforter and bed sheet. Looks like comforter did

The staff was great! The room was very clean. The room was ready when I arrived at 11am.

Everything was good with our room except shower gel was empty! Hotel doesn’t have a pool or hot tub, only a gym.

I found a lot of dinning options around the hotel the staff was very friendly and warm

Nice location, but confusing for taxi drivers because there are so many AC hotels in the city.

Great, comfortable accommodations and very modern hotel. The location was really good for us because it was close to the cruise port and away from the super busy area. The bartender at night was fantastic and made our experience even better. Only thing lacking was the gym is very tiny if you are looking to use that.

All of the staff was WONDERFUL. We were nervous traveling to Europe for the first time but they made us feel very comfortable.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. More local neighborhood, good distance from city center but some wonderful local restaurants and bars (and the mall) right there. Enjoyed our stay.
