Unprofessional staff, my room key was given to someone else, besides they were not cooperative, very bad.

Good food and environment.

Not very friendly. In fact when we ask for more water, they asked us to drink water from tap and said “see I am healthy and living drinking water from tap” in an annoyed tone of voice.

The hotel location was excellent! In front of the hotel you could find cafes and shopping center where you can find numerous luxury shop there. The room was spacious, comfortable and neat. We are enjoyed with our stay very much.

Great hotel, great location. Right in the middle of amsterdam

Great location! Steps away from the famous Dam Square with its exotic stores, Red Light District, Oude Kerk and Central Station. The room was lovely, clean and cozy. Next visit I want to stay here again and hangout at the hotel's winter garden.
