Excellent customer service and clean!

Great stay (2nd time). Lovely location just out of the heart of Rome but close enough to get to Vatican City in 10 Min via the free shuttle. Breakfast is amazing! Rooms are spacious and staff very helpful.

We stayed here one night and it was perfect! Our child loved playing in the playground outside, and the blackout blinds were great for sleeping. Only negative is the room sound insulation - we can hear other people from their rooms if they were noisy.

The hotel is far from the city center, and a shuttle a few times a day doesn’t help a ton. The food’s also not great and there aren’t many options in the immediate area. The room and hotel in general was clean though.

This Hotel is only 35mins by taxi from Ciampino Airport. Very welcoming/friendly/professional staff, speaking multiple languages. Spotlessly clean. Climatized rooms with comfortable beds, serviced everyday. Contemporary style hotel with lifts and disabled facilities, surrounded by trees, garden and terrace. Fantastic breakfast and restaurant. Comfortable well stocked bar/coffee lounge area. Parking available and they also have a free return journey, courtesy 8 seater minibus to take you to the Cipro underground station (5 mins drive) which connects you to all of Rome. Vatican one stop away. Local amenities include convenience stores, Chapel, beautiful garden centre (across the road). Deli and pizza carryout nearby. A fantastic hotel located such a short ride away from the noisy, busy bustle of central Rome and a relaxing end to a busy day sightseeing. I will definitely return to this wee Gem of a hotel in Rome.

Well maintained property

The breakfast is really good. Many options. The staff were pleasant. The free shuttle service is such a great idea. Really loved this place. Would recommend it.

Very nice for the price

Helpful staff, great breakfast, clean environment and rooms.

Modern, newly refurbished room which was spacious and clean. Slippers and bathrobe provided in the room, other amenities such as dental kit, comb, shaving kit are available upon request at reception. Breakfast has a few hot items - eggs, sausages and bacon as well as a wide variety of other cold items such as grilled vegetables, cheeses and sliced meats. Slightly out of the centre, but there are several bus routes within a 5-10 minute walk as well as a free shuttle service taking you to the closest metro station.

Enjoy the property in terms of cleanliness and professionalism however, they gave us a room. We’re just you can hear the trains all night. We’re right by the train station so you can hear them while taking off and coming in not comfortable to sleep with.

Great check in / front desk staff. Very helpful on check in as well as suggesting shuttle bus into the city. Breakfast is a real stand out - great selection, good coffee and food. Rooms are spacious, come with a clean bathroom and small fridge and jug. Nice outdoors area, and basic shops are 5 min walk away.

Excellent experience

This hotel was perfect for our short stay in Rome. The morning breakfast was great, and the location was perfect to get to main attractions. Local bus was very inexpensive, but the hotel has some timed shuttles to get you there as well. The room was nice and quaint. The staff was great. The on-site restaurant was great. Very fresh food. Must stay if you want to do Rome.

Breakfast menu was excellent! We didn’t park. The staff was very responsive and helpful. Very clean hotel, rooms were spotless. I will stay there again.
