Great staff! Friendly and helpful. Nice area and convenient with restaurants, shopping stores and car rental companies across the street. Great for families with kids.

Our beds were super hard and I asked the front desk for assistance and they gave us two sheets. Our backs are killing us. Also when I checked in the front desk was super rude and not welcoming. Other guests were provided with champagne at check in but we weren’t . The breakfast was great and the pools were beautiful

It’s a lovely hotel with choice of pools, spacious rooms and general areas. Beautiful gardens and outlook to the sea particularly from the infinity pool. The food was good but not the standard I’d experienced in the breakfast and dinner. There’s an absence of chefs cooking fresh dishes at the grill as you’d expect at a 5 star hotel. Also whilst there’s kettle and selection of tea in your room there’s no coffee unless you have a coffee machine.

The hotel look is grand but some of the staff at reception were rude to other clients in full view. The same applied at the pool side bar, there is a general lack of customer focus from the waiters they came across miserable. We sat outside the square for 10mins and no service was given. So we left. Overall a dire first impression and we would not stay there ever again.

Stunning place in so many ways. The many pools, the landscaping around the pools, the design of the common spaces were all wonderful. The restaurants were all wonderful too. Shops and restaurants outside the complex were great. Exceeded our expectations in all ways. Our only minuscule frustration was trying to get the tea and milk replaced in our room daily. Which was a wonderful room too. Totally happy, sorry to leave.

The place was really nice, a little sterile could be friendlier as it was quite expensive. The breakfast was amazing.

This hotel is the ideal place for a relaxing escape in the beautiful garden and unique pools of Costa Meloneras. Amazing sunset views that will always follow us.

Nice place, will come again

Great hotel. The service could have been a bit more attentive for a 5* hotel but good overall. The bed could have also been a bit better. We found it slightly too soft.

Paid for 4 days in a suit not once did they replenish condiments in room, ie coffee water which is supposedly to be done Dailey I had to ring to request it to be done and they only came once also it says there’s lots of English channels but we only had 3 news channels I rang reception to request a technician to come they said they would and I’m leaving today and there still hasn’t been anyone to come and fix this. We went half board for a 5 star hotel it was a nightmare all food stations were in a line and you had to Que therefor if you got something from one station by the time you Qued for the next one your food was freezing by the time got to sit down also waiting for someone to finally come over to take a drinks order such poor service I would definitely not recommend this hotel due to the service

Paradise! Shame there is always so many people for breakfast

This was my 3rd visit to this hotel and I found that the rooms are getting tired and in need of some refurbishment particularly the showers. Bar service was very slow and room cleaning definitely not as good Used tea cups not replaced , milk not replaced . Tried to order room service on 2 occasions and kept getting cut off , when I went to reception was told just keep trying the number
