Excellent hotel that delivers what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. Worth the investment.

Super staff, location and facilities.

We stayed at this property for a wedding. The hotel itself was very nice and well-maintained. However, the food and beverage options on-site were quite pricey. Thankfully, there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, offering more affordable choices. We also found that booking through Expedia gave us a much better rate than booking directly through the hotel.

The rooms are nice except the bathroom is awkward. No privacy.

Hotel muito bem localizado na região central de Mendoza. Quarto bem confortável, espaçoso, com ótimo banheiro. Atendimento dos funcionários sempre muito bom e todos muito simpáticos. Café da manhã muito bom e com diferentes opções. Boa comida também no bar e no restaurante do hotel.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The concierge ladies were great and helped arrange transport from the airport and booking of numerous activities! The gym and spa areas were immaculate and modern.

5th time here . Love the neighborhood too

Service not according to a 5 stars hotel. 4 stars might be a bit of a stretch.

good spot for a first time visit to the city

Me pareció demasiado caro para lo que era la habitación. Tuvimos un accidente con una mesa de vidrio en el cuarto, el gerente y el resto del personal fueron excelentes en su servicio y como hicieron que el resto de nuestra estadía estuviera muy bien. Pero pienso que los escritorios que usan en sus habitaciones no son seguras, mi esposo se lastimó y cortó su mano cuando el escritorio se cayó y rompió en un montón de pedacitos. Vuelvo y repito que el personal fue excelente pero deberían de sacar esos escritorios de todas las habitaciones y además hacer mejor mantenimiento en los baños de las habitaciones.

Nice hotel. A bit outdated but very well maintained. The staff was 5 stars. Except for the bar late night. But one on the guys saved the night trying everything to serve well.

Concierge service was outstanding
