Clean and quiet!

Front desk was excellent!!

The staff was amazing. The breakfast was good. It was your standard Belgium waffle makers, scramble Eggs, & sausage daily. The 2 issues I dealt with was the outdoor smell. It appear there was some type of orange leak. This left a stain and a bad smell. The second problem was earwing bugs in my room. When I complained I was switch to the room next store. Even though we saw less they were still very present. I let the staff know. They offered to change my room again. I choose to tolerate it at this point. I didn’t want to repack again and risk finding them again.

Was there for family. The hotel was located in the perfect spot to see everyone and the place we were meeting at

The stay was nice, the breakfast wasn’t great.

This has got to be the best hotel customer service I have ever received. We had three or more people ask how we are and if we needed anything at all in the first few hours we were there. The owner himself came and helped us with some little things he thought hay have been a challenge (that turned out to not even be a challenge). I loved the responsiveness. I already booked my next stay when we have business here next time. Loved it!

Dead bolt didn’t work. Ice water in lobby but no cups. Out of apple juice at breakfast. Room was clean.

Very clean, personnel very hospitable. They have a Laudry room!! Free breakfast! Very nice very close to shopping and eating areas!!

Beds were comfy, pool was awesome. Breakfast could have been better.

The room was too noisy

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The company still has a double hold of $150.00 on my credit card. Waiting for both to fall off.

Love this property

The hotel just wasn't well built so you can hear your neighbor talking, feel anyone walking in the hall or above you and even see thru the gap between the door and the door frame.

Great service and clean but the ice maker was broken

We came in late and left early. Breakfast was good. Staff was accommodating.

The property was clean, staff was very accomodating and we felt very safe. Good coffee and breakfast too! Highly recommend a stay here.
