The whole hotel is dirty. The room with “kitchen” didn’t have any utensil, plates, pan, NOTHING not even a coffee maker. No shampoo, no soap. Two towels for a room of 4. And not cheap! So, if you can, avoid to stay in this thing!

I checked right after front desk closed. Ashley is the after hours staff member. She was awesome and so helpful! All I had to do was pick up the phone and a person would pick up the phone who then would notify her to let me in so I could get checked in. Great service!

The location is not bad but the place need a clean up make over the room was decent little smelly

Property was not as stated, the property was bought out by someone else and was no longer the extended stay as we used to stay in. They wanted to charge you for change of towels. They wanted to charge you for any utensils, pots, and pans and everything that’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of

Filthy and terrifying… pool was closed and full of green slimy water, their was long black hair all over the bathroom and on our “freshly” laundered towels that we had to pay a restocking fee for, ect. (There is so much more, I cannot possibly list it all). There were several displaced people smoking and drinking questionable substances while hovering near the front entrance, seemingly trying to get in with us when we entered with our key card access. Mean while, the registration window was locked down with security shutters, with no staff members on site.

Didn’t like at all had to move from 1st room because we couldn’t get into room with key. 2nd room smelled like dog urine. Room wasn’t to clean and very small. It had a kitchen with no pots or utensils so wasn’t usable. Pool was shut down and there was no free breakfast as listed online. Also had to pay a deposit of $100 which wasn’t listed online and had to wait days to get money back on card. Worst hotel ever. I will never stay there again

The staff was very friendly and the property was very nice and clean

So they dont tell you beforehand that even if you pay online you still jave to do an aditional $100 deposit when you get there. Staff was very nice, its 5 minutes from the beaches. Its not the fanciest but it was comfortable and convenient for sure.

Not clean. Trash left in bathroom. Pool was abandoned. Inexpensive property for the are but not well maintained. S

This is the worst property that I have stayed in, pretty run down rooms. Can't say the staff is friendly either.

Arrived at 11pm, the door was locked and front desk was closed (after booking online). Had to call to be let in, thankfully the woman came and checked me in. Got to the room, no body wash or shampoo. BED HAD PEE STAINS ON THE SHEETS!! Hallway stunk and needed vacuuming. Went down to check out at 9:20am the next morning and the girl had a note saying we had already checked out?

We were not there an hour before fire alarm sounded, when the "usuals" that apparently live in this place monthly said it happens all the time. I almost left before we even went aside because of the parking lot activity and the loud halls once we were inside. I did not feel safe, AT all. We left and are still waiting to be refunded!

Started with trying to check in. I waited over 30mins at the desk before someone got there. The key cards had to scan 15x before it would work. There was no soap or shower supplies in the room. While headed down to check out by 10, still, the front desk was locked down. I had to slide my key through a gap in the door. I truly feel like paying as much as I did was not well spent. I don't see myself staying there again.

Ashely at the front desk was so helpful! She went over and above to assist me. This was an unexpected last minute stay. Great customer service!!
