Good hotel, all are really friendly

Clean, comfortable and a great stop off point

Double doors and room door were heavy to open the door opener needs time delay for closing.

It was very hot but there was no A/C. A fan in the room was not sufficient. Otherwise, the room was clean enough. It was just worn and old. There weren't really any drawers or shelves to put things on. Not a big deal if you don't mind living out of your suitcase. I just like to unpack everything.

A lovely room with quick and easy access to Paris. Train station 2 blocks away - lazy folks can use the bus. Huge mall with everything including supermarket on top of the train station (Cergy Prefecture). I will use this hotel again - lovely staff.

We arrived very late at the hotel, however the staff at yhe hotel was very helpful and exceeded our expectations. My daughter and husband were so impress about the service that they have made this hotel the place to be for all our trips in Paris.

This is an OLD hotel, and in need of modernising throughout. The bar is tiny. On the plus side the service is very good and the hotel was relatively clean throughout. McDonalds is next door.

Very por área. tiny rooms and not very clean in my opinión, there was a tea cup stain with lipstick

Nice hotel. rooms spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were polite. Easy walking distance to bus and train station. Trains run every 15 minutes to centre of Paris.

Hotel was really well furnished. Liked the fact that the bathroom and toilet were separate. The bed was very comfy. Shower very powerful. Bathroom and facilities all excellent. Amazing value for what we paid! couldn't fault it at all.

We stayed for two nights for a quick trip into Paris, train station only 10 min from hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful and the room was of a good standard but in all honesty way over priced.
