The location was perfect. We were close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Great stay

One of our rooms was not ready at check-in time but the hotel staff were excellent and offered complimentary breakfast for the delay which was super appreciated!!

Easily accessible to where we wanted to go

Staff was good but waiting extra for my room to be clean wasn’t great check in at 3 and room wasn’t ready till 6:30 and all they gave me was 1 drink for the inconvenience discount shoulda been applied not just one drink

Arrived at 7pm to be told the room wasn’t clean.

★☆☆☆☆ This hotel needs a crash course in customer service—starting with management. Great location, friendly front desk. But none of that matters when you can’t sleep. The A/C in our room sounded like a diesel engine. We kept turning it off for silence, but the room would get hot and unbearable, so back on it went. Waking our teen, packing up, and changing rooms wasn’t an option at that hour. The next morning, I asked for a refund for just one night. The manager refused. Said Expedia bookings couldn’t be refunded—which Expedia confirmed isn’t true. When Expedia called, the hotel claimed it was a central air issue affecting the whole building, and that maintenance had been called. So they admit there was a problem… but still won’t issue a refund. I even asked other guests if their rooms were that loud. They weren’t. The manager then offered a free night—which is pointless since we don’t live in Halifax and won’t be back. Now he’s ignoring all emails. Also: front desk told us parking was $30. Sign said $20/day. We were charged $80. Thankfully, the front desk staff stepped up and covered that. If sleep, honesty, and follow-through matter to you, book somewhere else.

Great location! Noisy in morning with trucks. Quiet at night til 6 am. No laundry. Again, near everything!

Good location, very friendly staff, nice courtyard on site for relaxing and getting together. But, no toilet paper rolls but toilet paper squares dispenser instead? Not a guest friendly choice. And the Cabin Cafe across the street has great coffee.

Poor parking.

This mid-range property over-delivered on my expectations. I found room, restaurant and location ideal. The room amenities package was the best I've ever seen. Front desk staff, particularly Reman, very polite and helpful. Parking right there too. Excellent choice for a Halifax visit.

Great hotel with a wonderful location

Very convenient but pool is unheated and no hot tub.

I loved the hotel's fantastic location near the harbor and an array of dining options. The cleanliness was impeccable, and my daughter absolutely enjoyed the pool—such a wonderful stay!
