Modern hotel, great breakfast and very nice and clean room for a family of 4.

It was my 3rd marriage anniversary. Front desk personnel was very accommodating offering sweets and bottled water. The room was very clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable. We booked for one night but was so comfortable we stayed another night. I would recommend this hotel.

Had to leave the horrible Sonesta Suites next door. Staff was friendly, room was modern, updated, clean.

This is our 2nd time staying at Hyatt Place and we enjoyed our stay! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating! Upon our arrival, they gave us complementary Prosecco for our Anniversary! Breakfast was good and hot! Pool was not open, but we enjoyed our room. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything was good but it was a little noisy on the 5th floor guess slamming doors.

Good but not great. Been a while since we stayed at a Hyatt. Usually At a Hilton or Marriott but the price was right. Still a little disappointed. While the room was nice and big, the thin covers and blankets on the bed left something to be desired. Almost could not find the trash cans in the room. VERY small. Free breakfast choices were decent, although really would have loved a waffle maker option and some flavored coffee creamer. Not sure we’ll be sticking with the Hyatt brand.

Very good hotel

Front desk personnel were great and very helpful. The breakfast is better than some I’ve experienced. A lot of choices and things change every day.

He really liked the room and it was clean and quiet

The property was overall clean, however there was hair left in the shower from previous guest

Property was nice but I was disappointed in the cleanliness of our bathroom floor, most especially between the toilet and the shower

The breakfast is good . Staffs are nice.

There was a sports team staying there and quite noisy in common areas. Would not have been an issue but was assigned a room on first floor next to the lobby. Switched rooms but they only had one bed options. Better planning of rooms would have been better.

Had a great stay there, the front desk staff are super nice. Only thing I didn't like much was the bed is not very comfortable.
