We did not enjoy our stay. The property was clean and smelled nice but it’s very outdated. When we first came in the room the tv was on and very loud but the screen did not work it was black only the sound worked, there was no remote in the room to even turn it off. The ac did not cool very well so the room Was humid but the worse part was how loud the ac was, we could hardly sleep. There was broken furniture in the room. Would not recommend this place the exterior and entrance are nice but the rooms are not.

The condition of the room was disgusting!! Urine on the toilet seat, dusty, bed sheets and furniture was stained and nasty!!! Leftover food scattered all in the hallway. I will never stay at this place again!

Comfortable room and clean. Staff was nice but acted like they wanted to be other places. The breakfast was lacking. Could have been better.

Old hotel needs updating. Chipped paint, frayed and stained carpets, obviously patched plaster, security exterior door in back was never locked, even at night. Breakfast was a sad affair. The OJ was brown, rather than orange. Food items weren’t replenished and was the same the 3 days we were there. Hot choice was poor quality scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy.

Very nice breakfast selection. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Pool was well kept.

The beds were very comfortable. The tile floors were very sticky and once reported, it was mopped. Quiet, except for upstairs guests walking all night in their room or dancing in clogs. I would say if possible stay upstairs if you want to sleep. The staircase made an impressive entrance. Breakfast was meager, also No hot water for tea lovers. Heaven, the morning desk clerk, was nice. Easy interstate access.

The attendant on property mistakenly marked my room as vacant and in need of cleaning. All of my items were bagged up and put in a storage closet. . mistakes happen. But when I found out that my personal fan and a bottle of wine was lost/stolen management refused to get involved in any way. They didn't try to apologize, investigate, or make it right in any way. They actively hid from Expedia in effort to accommodate a partial or full refund and I have yet to hear from them.

Property and rooms need an updating.

We originally checked into 122 and immediately noticed black mold and standing water in the floor. Got moved to 116 and the smell of mold and must was horrible. The air conditioner sounded like it was going to jump out of the wall. The floor and walls looked like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks. Dead bugs under the curtains, in the sinks, bathtubs. Stains all over the bed and floors. After staying one night and some of the next day me and my wife left because we both started to feel sick. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a room especially to be priced the way it was.

The room we booked had mold above the air conditioning, had a very bad smell, the little bench was all messed up, the vents didn’t work so we went to the desk and told him and the words that he said was did you go in the room, he didn’t care at all. So he gave us another room with the same problems. We had to go to Walmart to get candles and spray it was horrible. The second room didn’t even have shelves in the mini fridge. I don’t recommend nobody to stay at this hotel.

The carpet in the hallway and rooms are dirty and deeply stained. They allow pets and you can smell the scent covered up by some strong cleaning products. The a/c unit didn’t cool on the side of the building that we were on, and the hot water was only lukewarm. In desperate need of renovation.

This hotel was so nasty. Out bed sheets had red stains in them. The air conditioner looked like it had bite marks taken out of it. The bathroom shower did not drain. The elevator was very sketchy it sounded like it was going to break down. The pictures on the page are so not what this hotel looks like!

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. We have always had a positive experience!

Pictures did not depict this property well. Property is run down and not very clean. Also a strong air freshener is used in the main areas.

The piol was nice and the bedroom was nice. However, we booked a suite, and the pictures showed a tv in the sitting area. One of the reasons we chose that was so we could sit on the couch/chair to watch tv. However ours didnt have a tv there, only in the room. Also, the key card disnt work from the pool area so we had to walk around. When we mentioned it to the desk agent they knew and werent concerned. They didnt offer towels or extra shampoo and when we needed new towels we had to turn in the used ones. It seemed as if the property was concerned with money over comfort of the guests.

We stayed 3 nights morning shift is horrible if you wanted clean towels you have to walk to the laundry room the guy who does laundry act like he didn’t want to give me clean towels. Speaking his language kinda going off. Hair was all over bathrooms corner in every room was still dirty. Breakfast only had eggs, biscuits and gravy no sausage or bacon or fruits. Second shift the young guy was awesome though

This is my 2nd stay. I love it.
