I loved everything. Very nice and peaceful. The staff is very nice.

Lady that checked us in around 9 PM on Friday may second wasn’t very friendly or cordial.

Traveled to see daughter at university. Great location. Close to zoo as well. Got to visit Zoo as well and that’s a treat. Great restful experience.

Very clean hotel, I was highly impressed!

I was traveling for an important business meeting and I needed to iron my dress. There was no iron or ironing board in my room and when I inquired at the desk I was told there were 2 irons in the building, but she couldn't locate either one. This is ridiculous!!! When people travel their clothes get wrinkled, whether it is for business, a special occasion, or just a visit with friends, you should always be able to iron your clothes!!! The room had clearly been remodeled. Some of the touches were nice and modern, but the workmanship was poor quality. The side of the sink was warped, there were issues with the tile, etc. There was a filthy, yellowed-from-age, corded phone from the 1990s on the bedside table that no one will ever want to touch or need to use, but NO IRON! The reviews I read said that the A/C unit was loud. Being a heavy sleeper I didn't worry about it....until it woke me at 3am when it roared! It was the loudest A/C unit I have ever heard! The breakfast was nice. A good selection of different breakfast staples and treats. Ample parking; easy access to the highway.

The room was ok but the hotel itself was very loud. My room was by a side door that was used all night and there were people being loud in the lobby area until well after 1:00am. The people above me began bouncing a ball on the floor and practicing jumps at 5:00am. Not exactly a relaxing night’s sleep

We will never stay here again. Upon check in they said they’d have to charge us an upgrade fee to have two queen beds but that is what our reservation was for. They were not willing to honor that. We also needed to change our reservation and the hotel was not willing to help. The overall service was very poor. I asked the front desk employee if I she could please refill the coffee and without even looking up she said “I don’t make coffee” and went back to watching her phone. We could not get out of the hotel fast enough.

We only stayed one night we were in town for a cheer competition. The countertops in the room hadn't been wiped down you could see ring marks from cups. Marks on bedding I would hope they were clean but we just pulled the flat sheet up to lay on that. It was extremely loud. About 10:30pm there was stomping and loud banging above us that went on for about an hour. Then this morning the room next to us was so loud woke us up about 6am. Would I stay here again? I'm not sure

The stay was enjoyable. We did miss not being able to watch the O’s game. Breakfast was good..

This is my second stay, and if I visit family again, I’ll likely stay there again. Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay again!

The staff and the room was amazing the overall of the hotel was awesome the only reason I give it a bad review was the fact that I was charged a extra $184.05 that i had to call the front desk after I had went to the front desk trying to get the charge drop

The front desk staff was very nice and check in was a breeze! The room was perfect! Very clean. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely stay here when I am back in Salisbury!
