I didn’t like the hotel. The television wouldn’t turn off, the shower was dripping all night, and the sink was also dripping all night. The people who work cleaning the rooms make a lot of noise and drag furniture around. In other words, if you want to rest, do not come to this hotel.

Good cost / benfit, easy to get around any area of Goiania.

Kind of dirty.

Very weak Internet, the room was smelling very bad and the floor was dirty. People came from out side and stood talking and yelling next my door until 3 in the morning . The price was good ok but was not worth at all.

Pros: 1. The shower was excellent. Cons: 1. The Wi-Fi did not work. 2. The tv did not work. 3. A parking attendant hit our car with the door of another guest's car while we were checking in. 4. We were initially given a room with one bed when we had booked for 4 people with 3 beds. We had to go back to the desk and get another room. 5. There was one towel in the room for 4 people, so we had to call and request the additional towels needed. 6. The desk in the room was broken and falling apart. 7. The bed sheet had paint splatters on it. 8. The restaurant attendant did not smile one time while waiting on us. Don't stay here unless you have no other options.

The hotel is in a nice location, but the hotel is not so nice as it looks like. In general it's ok. The main situation was the hotel made an improper collection/charging for a consumption that I have not consumed. The room had a poor cleaning conditions.

The hotel is located in the central part of town. At night the area is abandoned. However can find a place to eat within 1.5 miles to eat until 1 in the morning that has a decent buffet. When I arrived at the hotel, took about an hr before they finally got me checked in . kept telling me that they did not have my reservation and to call expedia. call expedia from Brazil? long story short, after calling expedia and being on hold for over 30 minutes the hotel finally found my reservation.The searched my reservation using my first and middle name from my passport instead of searching using my last name. DUH!!!!! Then on top of that, I had several pieces of luggage and when it was time for me to walk to the elevator it was obvious that I was having problems with carrying my bags, The porter stood at the front desk and just looked at me . Did not offer to help at all. The room was clean and comfortable . The hotel also includes a exercise room with a space just outside of it on the 8th floor which offers a nice balcony to relax with a nice view over looking the area. Be aware! the hotels listing states they have a managers reception each day. This is false, They do not. When I asked they told me not there perhaps at another partner hotel. I told them that they should take it out of the listing then because it misleads guest. Overall, good value for the price. used uber to arrive from airport. about 7 dollars.

Quarto e banheiro limpos, restaurante bem bom, o único inconveniente foi a espera para fazer o checkout, um único funcionário sobrecarregado e acabou demorando, mas no geral foi ótimo

Péssimo atendimento na recepção na hora do check in.

O banheiro estava com um enorme vazamento no chão que ficava sempre molhado e com um certo mau cheiro

Café da manhã muito bom,no geral atendeu as expectativas voltaria a hospedar tranquilamente!’

Pontos críticos: Hospedamos em quarto duplo, uma das camas estava com afundamento no meio. E a internet com sinal fraco no 4º andar. Pontos positivos: Excelente restaurante e valor da hospedagem.

Chuveiro não dá condições de um banho, pouca água, banho de pingo, e regulagem água quente)fria não funciona. Disponibiliza uma toalha para o casal, TV, péssima, os canais perdem sinal, trava, tem interferências, fica com dupla imagem e muitos outros motivos de desagrado, inexiste controle.da TV. Ducha hienica ruim e fica no chão.. Atendimento péssimo.
