Terrible place to stay, Naples is a ghetto. Extremely small to move around our room. Not very clean. No power to the room when you leave because you need to invert you key Tab into a device. So don't think your laptop is charging when you are out. This neighborhood is scary for travelers at night, garbage everywhere on the streets in the bins that are over flowing. Avoid Naples altogether!!!!!

A 10 minute drive by taxi brings you to the hotel. Ask the driver at the airport how much before you leave they can charge more than others. We found both the hotel and the room very clean. The staff are friendly and the roof top terrace is most enjoyable. Make sure to ask for the remote control for the air conditioning and TV.

The front desk staff were very approachable, and helpful. If road traffic disturbs you then this is not the place for you. I loved being in the city within walking distance to fabulous restaurants and Museum of Archeology. Room was basic, spacious and clean.

The hotel was stylish and tastefully decorated.Some of the facilities needed a screw tightening here and there but these minor observations pale into insignificance with the support I received from staff when my phone was stolen. Lovely people and I’d stay there again. Good value for money.

The best sea food restaurant is one minute from this place

Amazing front desk staff! She was so helpful (I forgot her name :( ) Different (but not bad) area than we stayed the last time we came to Naples. This felt more like we were away from all the tourists, which was nice.

This hotel is located in a real bad area, garbage and graffiti everywhere . On a main and loud street, there was fireworks at midnight. The staff as non accommodating or friendly, the room where big which is fine, but the beds where SUPER uncomfortable, the mattress super hard, sheets old and rough, pillows on 2 flat an old, the phone of course didn’t work to call for more pillows. The bathrooms moldy and towels old. Hotels.com drop this hotel . This is the WORST HOTEL hotel I have stay at.

Really amazing staff, poor cleanliness

The property was shockingly bad, dirty every thing to floors, furniture, light fixtures, aircon never worked, after Complaining all they did was open the balcony doors which lit in the mosceetos, toilet was not screwed to the floor. I could go on and on. We have stayed in many dozens of hotels over the years and this is one of the worst if not the worst.

Great friendly comfortable stay, reception super helpful, lovely choice for breakfast. Very clean. 10 min walk into the main bit of the old town.

This was so disappointing. First, this hotel is NOT a 4 star. It is a 1 star. The staff is very nice, but the hotel needs a complete overhaul and people were smoking in the hallway - that is not acceptable. I would never recommend this place.

Great location, great terrace view!

The property wasn’t bad but Some of the workers are rude

Near to the flagship Napoli museum. Rooms are dated but typical to Italian standards as observed in other Italian hotel. Rooms are big and staff are Friendly. Would definitely recommend if you want a hotel outside of of the tourist trap!

We were given a handicap room when we didn’t need it and other rooms seemed to be available. The bathroom smelled of urine and had a 3/4 roll of toilet paper only. the shower didn’t drain properly and would overflow the basin onto the floor. The shower did have incredible water pressure. The bed was very lumpy and hard. The ac didn’t have the remote to turn it on. The main door would push open if not padlocked. With no ac we were forced to leave the window open over a main road with constant traffic all night and mosquitos. We were surprised by the food at the hotel restaurant and the wait staff was very friendly. That meal was the best part of our stay.

Very comfortable and in a good location.

The hotel was a bit tired the walls in the rooms were scruffy and scuffed some of the furniture was broken and tired. It needs some TLC. saying that the rooms were clean, the sheets as well. Beds made each day and the toilet facilities clean and tidy. Food at breakfast buffet good with lots of choice. Staff friendly. Mostly other Italians staying not British tourists. For the price the hotel is rather good, but if you are looking for a real nice room and luxury its not that, but it's pretty good and value wise outstanding really. Close to airport and close to old city, a good location. I would stay again if I ever go to Naples again.

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. The place was very run down lots of items broken. The hotel is next to a petrol station so the hotel smells of petrol fumes. The breakfast was very poor and lots of meat was off. I would rate this hotel a 1star. The staff was excellent.

great location, lots of resturants, walking distance to all. very lively to be around.
