It was ok once we got a room that was ready for us

Always a decent stay. There are always people hanging out in the seating area outside, which is fine. Except when they’re smoking nonstop. The tv in the first part of the room didn’t work.

The only thing this hotel had going for them was the lady working the front desk. She was so friendly and went way above and you could tell she truly enjoyed her job. The hotel is old. Nothing is updated. It is clean. Just old. Nothing worked. We had 2 TV's in our room. They didn't work. The fridge didnt work. Our bathtub had some black moldy looking stain across the entire bottom. Our closet door mirror was just leaned against the wall behind the TV. It needs some major updating.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location to visit old Savanna

The property is obviously older. The interior is in relatively good shape, however, when I took the stairs up to my room, I noticed how much the stairs needed to be vacuumed! Also, our room (206) was ok, the beds were comfortable. The toilet seat had scrapes and deterioration and should be replaced. The shower drain was very slow and the bathroom fan was very loud.

After driving all day when I got there the motel had no power no one at front desk I was not able to check in.

Family road trip from IL to SC and we stopped here to sleep and so far, so good! Almost stayed at a “budget” hotel in the area but decided to come here instead and I’m happy we did. Very nice front desk employee and the room is comfortable!

Person at the front greeted me was very easy to talk to and had a great sense of humor

Not the cleanest, bathtub was filthy, bed was exceptionally aoft you could feel the springs. The drawers to thr dresser and fridge were held up by sticky post.

Outdated, dirty, horrible check in experience, unprofessional staff, the only good thing I can say was that the breakfast was great and kitchen staff was amazing.

The hotel was clean but out of date. The manager was nice but lacked the understanding of customer service. The pool was over chlorinated and the tv didn't work at all.

Had to wait 5 minutes for the desk clerk to return from somewhere. First room (222) assigned was not cleaned or ready (at 11 PM). The second room (209) smelled; the TV did not work; The thermostat LED display was too faint to read so I could not adjust the temperature properly. The "blanket" on the bed was too thin for the season. The door showed signs of a previous attempted break-in. Sink drained very slowly. The sink faucet sprayed water over the top of the sink. The shower curtain was too short. Had to hold my "junk" out of the water when sitting on the commode. Parking lot needed repaving; parking spaces were too small for a car & patrons parked their pickups everywhichway making the situation worse. Truly the hotel stay from hell!

Mold all over room. Refrigerator off and moldy. Couldn’t adjust temperature. Pool not working. Friends room had no running water.

The hotel is in generally good shape and clean. For the price it was overall worth it. But we had a few different issues that were rather annoying. The gentleman that checked us in had zero customer service skills. He barely spoke two words to us while checking us in. The bathroom sink was clogged. My wife called down to the front desk (most likely same guy) to report it and he just hung up on her and no one came to take care of it. The toilet seat was broken. Then at 4:30 am in the morning when I went to take a shower realized there was no shower curtain.

A issue checking in it but was taken care of promptly.
