No se hospeden en este hotel, el servicio es pésimo, la instalación es horrible, en octubre con unas temperaturas de 20 grados o más lo único que había disponible en la habitación era calificación, cuando pregunté en recepción me dijeron que abriera la ventana si tenía calor, lo cual encontré una falta de respeto, jamás me había pasado esta situación en un hotel. Pésima atención con el cliente, y terrible instalación.

A good addition to the OCA hotels in the region. The staff were very helpful and I could get late check out for €15. It was lovely to have a bath and was very clean.

The hotel is a fine hotel in Aviles and within easy walking distance of everything. We arrived during a Medieval Festival and that was very interesting and well worthwhile to see.

Good location. Not a far walk from shops, train and bus station. Staff are lovely.

The location was good within walking distance to the old part of town and the Oscar Niemeyer centro.The room and bathroom were adequate and we slept well. Café round the corner where we had inexpensive breakfast of toast, orange juice and coffee. Carpark was difficult to get in and out. Should be €8 instead of €10 at this time of year. Think that €59 for this time of year a little expensive. Maybe €49."

We actually accidentally selected this hotel, rather than another one in Gijon with almost exactly the same name. We needed to be in Gijon, and would have preferred there, but this hotel turned out to be quite charming and in a good location. It was between Gijon and several other coastal sites in northern Spain that we wanted to visit, so it turned out good for us. It's in a perfect location in Aviles to access pretty much everything, including transportation.
