We checked in went to Mohegan sun for a concert by the time we got back to the hotel to sleep we found a bed bug and checked out.

Had an family emergency and needed to cancel. Expedia service was very good and helpful, Microtel refused to help or give a refund.

Clean. Shuttle bus offered on Fridays and Saturdays to Mohegan. Room was good. Breakfast in the morning was good.

We would definitely go back! It was 5 minutes from Mohegan and in a very convenient area. The staff was very friendly and check in/check out was very fast and easy (we did early check in online). The only thing was the bed was SO uncomfortable we barely slept. The rooms were also smaller, so we thought it would be easier to maintain the temperature but it was actually the opposite. When the AC would come on it would get super cold in the room and when it turned off it immediately got super warm.

Served its purpose. The shuttle to the casino was great. The room was particularly small and the AC was a little up and down. But overall was fine.
