This hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful. Only negatives were that the bed pillows were extremely flat and hard. I couldn’t sleep. It was quite loud on the street and there was absolutely no air flow in the room. Very very stuffy

Staff helped us to change our accommodation from a one-bedroom small unit to a 2-bed unit. They were very kind and accommodated our wishes.

I stayed here with my partner recently, I will say it contributed to one of the most memorable, enjoyable holidays I have ever had. Firstly the location is perfect, it is near almost everything and within brief walking distance from the promenade, the building itself is beautiful and quaint. The rooms themselves are equally as serene, each is unique in some way which I really appreciate, a very charming, eclectic mix. What’s more, the staff themselves were so hospitable and made our experience all the more easy, especially the younger girl with auburn hair who helped us with our bags. Considering the time we had, I still can’t fathom the price, I have stayed at the Randolph and would confidently say this hotel’s rooms and staff far surpass that.

This was our first 2 nights of a 2 week honeymoon. The staff was very friendly and overall the property was quaint, but the rooms themselves were a bit too small and outdated. It definitely has a Euro bed and breakfast vibe to it, so if you like that thing, go for it. Negative: The showers were very small and temperamental. The curtains did a poor job of keeping water in the showers, so both showers would leak water into the rest of bathroom.

We were given a tiny room on the ground floor next to reception - it really should have been a single. The room was tired and not very welcoming - there was laminate missing from the tea / coffee making area, the door frame in the bathroom was so rotten at the bottom, the hinge was barely attached. The icing on the cake was the lack of hot water in the shower - it was a bank holiday in France, the hotel had no alternative rooms and the Busby they proposed to move us to had awful reviews. We stayed the night ( enduring the tepid water) and found an alternative for the second night of our stay. To be fair, the staff were polite and helpful and offered a room reduction for the nigh we stayed.

Well located, very close to major attractions, restaurants and beach clubs. Just be aware that the economy basement rooms are very small.
