Super friendly stuff! Excellent location

Historic hotel on quiet street with great air conditioning. No elevator but they tell you before you book. Very small shower in our room. Very affordable, great location, staff who likes to help. Stores luggage very late, offers a reasonable breakfast price, with eggs. Fresh water in the charming antique lounge area.

A hidden gem, it is just perfect. The hotel is very old and beautiful and very charmingly decorated.Individually decorated rooms have oodles of old world glamour. You can relax in the garden or have a glass of champagne in the lounge. Wonderful fresh pastry for breakfast. The staff are darlings and will do anything for you. Feels like a family run hotel in a good way. Real people, kind and relaxed. I have stayed maybe 5 or more times. Best place to stay in Nice. Thank you!

The Rivoli is magical. Our room was all romance; spectacular wall coverings, and large comfortable brass bed, antique settee and garde-robe, with many historic details and comforts. A beautiful staircase and entranceway plus a great central location. Most of all the staff , and Krystal at the front desk in particular, were amazing. Everyone was helpful and kind! We had a great stay and after my daughter was ill and had to stay in for a day, a flower box appeared on our little balcony:) Thank you for everything!

Pas de nettoyage de draps et serviettes en 4 jours. Le personnel ne parle pas bien français et n'est pas du tout amical. Aucunement insonorisé. Les portes des chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes.

The friendly and welcoming staff really make this hotel unique. And historical gem of the Belle Epoch era set it apart. Proximity to the beach and local life and Nice make it a wonderful choice

Great location and very friendly staff. The room i selected was in a semi basement (so tiny windows) but good size and nice.

Room very small but unique. Lovely old building. Bed and bathroom only . Worked for our needs for one night . Walking distance to beach

Clean hotel within walking distance of everything. Able to leave luggage for the afternoon before flying later that evening. Breakfast was available but we did not have it. Would recommend.

cleanroom, friendly staff, great location

The location is good . The whole place needs to be freshened up, it looks like everything is from the 1990ties . Breakfast was very average and overpriced as are the rooms . Be prepared that they will try to put you in a basement room and send you an email about it about a week before your arrival.

Location is excellent, room was v small, and lots of noise from next room

We choose the small room so was very tiny but if you are organized and doesn't have large bags it can work. The room was cleaned everyday even the shower areas which was nice. The staff is kind and friendly. The location is great, close to the station and a pleasant walk to old town

Perfect location! Approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and charming. The garden is very beautiful and therapeutic. I can't wait to stay longer. My daughter and I decided to take the train from Paris and stay in Nice but I'll stay longer next time. The guy at the front desk was very warm, friendly and nice. Everyone was super friendly!
