One of the male staff ( dark skin ) at the front desk was extremely nasty, rude , bad manner, unfriendly I think he should not be at that position

Clean and spacious room, excellent street and neighbourhood, great staff which was very kind and we could leave our luggage in a stored room before and after check in. Definitely recommend!

Bad experience, the room we originally booked had mold in it and I have a strong allergy, I was sick the whole time. They moved us to a different room which also had mold in it so to fix the problem they had a painter paint over the mold. We were forced to stay because it was too late and we were too busy to switch hotels. Une très mauvaise expérience.

The toiletries were all empty and when notified to the night staff, they didn’t show an immediate concern other than to defer it to the cleaning stuff who will come the next morning.

Good location and 24h front desk were highlights. Many windy steps required to get to our room on the 6th floor and elevator only accessible to 5th floor. Be prepared to walk these steps if needing family room. Otherwise nice stay with spacious lounge on main floor and nice balcony out our window which allowed us to see Sacre Coeur in the distance :)

Room was small but worked as a place to sleep. Hotel is in a great area to explore Paris.

There were no fire alarms in the room. We were on the sixth floor and there was no lift access to the sixth floor. No kettle in the room. Bathroom was mouldy.

Overall the hotel isn’t bad, if you are going when the climate isn’t hot. We unfortunately went during august and there’s absolutely no air conditioning. That being said, the room felt unbearably hot and humid and we ended up losing the money and booking an airbnb instead at a different place. The staff was nice and did offer us a different room but the problem was going to be the same. In addition, the elevator there so super tiny and fits one person at a time so be aware if you’re claustrophobic or you’ll have to go up many flights of stares with luggage and everything. We unfortunately had the very top floor and the elevator only goes up to the second to last one so we had to carry all of our stuff to get to the last floor. Overall this place isn’t bad if you’re on a budget and you get what you pay for so don’t have super high expectations the view is cute too and area is nice it’s definitely our fault and should’ve done research to see if there was air conditioning which we did not do. If you’re planning to stay here during the hot summer be aware of how HOT it will be jus tryna warn people !!

Great location , however the bedroom was dusty and we inly had one toilet roll. Reception staff were really friendly and helpful. The guests in my floor were noisy and no one came to address this . Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke .

Good location, conveniently close to shops and public transport.

The room was clean, bed was more comfortable than other hotels we have stayed at during this trip to Europe. However there was no heat in the room we were very cold.

I don’t recommend this hotel

This is our second visit and we love the place and it's location. Unfortunately on this visit guests in number 15 smoked morning and evening in the ventilation shaft which filled out room with smoke.

The staff weren’t very friendly and the lift could only fit one person at a time and it was very steep climbing to the top floor.

Property its and good location but since there its a lots things to do nearby like bars bakery’s restaurants shops its very noise at night you can here all the people walking dinking having a good time so its very hard to sleep this goes all the way to 4am and at 6 o clock the trash trucks an city cleaners truck start working so its another big noise

Lovely hotel with easy access to the Centre of Paris. Had a very small lift which only fit 1 person in at a time but that didnt detract from a pleasant stay
