Prompt and helpful staff. Clean well organised rooms. Great location

Located near the city center of an ancient Silesian mining town. The central square of the city is next door, with a mall located right there. Very beautiful old brick buildings fill the area.

Its an Ibis so the rooms are pretty much standard. Its in Zabrze rather than Katowice. Good access to shopping and ok for transport.

Drive through Baltia. Good stop with value of money. Ok breakfast.

probably nicest hotel in Zabrze and also quite good. No mini-fridge in the room but downstairs bar and restaurant were on the money. Very friendly service and rooms were super clean. 2 thumbs up

This was my second time in this hotel and it was worse than a year before. At first theycharged me 3 times more than it was in my booking (later they refunded it, though). then they gave wrong room which was already occupied by other people.

Good location, easy to drive to, free parking outside hotel, short walk to shops, staff friendly and helpful, bed comfortable as always, pillows could be softer :)

Basic hotel which didn't do anything badly. The rooms are basic but the heating works properly, it's s quiet through the night and everything works as it should ( which isn't the case in many hotels). Nothing outstanding, but you can sleep well here and for pure functionality versus price this hotel is a very good compromise.

My companions and I went to Katowice for IEM World Championship and were looking for a cheap hotel to stay for the night. Although this hotel is quite far from the event site at Katowice, it offers a nice respite for the night. The beds were the usual Ibis quality, which was very pleasing. Staff on duty was friendly and overall it was a great stay despite us having to travel quite far to get to this hotel.

Only complaint. The non smoking room at a smoky smell from the room below us. Room was nice great shower, close by to the city center, and 15minutes from the concert hall! Good restaurants and shopping nearby as well.

typical low end Ibis standard, but clean. Good value for money.

Dusche Abfluss ist nicht verstopft, gefällt mir sehr. Klimaanlagen funktioniert super. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Stay was work related. Good hotel to the price.
