The attendants at the front desk were worn and welcoming even though I was not the most pleasant to deal with in the beginning. I appreciate their kindness and understanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Even though it is not 420 friendly.

Great stay. Only issue is the lock to the door gave me an electric shock when opening the door.

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and room was cozy.

The MCM Elegante Suites was exactly what we needed for our 4 night stay in Colorado Springs. The 1 bedroom suite was roomy and we liked that the TV was cable instead of a streaming service.

Only complaint I'd give is that the air-conditioner/heater was noisy and the fan runs continuously. Other than that everything was GREAT... We will be booking for the 5th time as soon as we need to be in Colorado Springs again! /BK Butler

Great location and ver convenient for everything.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and accommodating with silverware and dishes along with full size fridge, kitchen sink, and microwave. Quiet and safe place to stay. Highly recommend.

Nice and friendly staff.

The staff were all very friendly and courteous. We, unfortunately, had to leave a day early due to pending snowy weather in the area, but we stayed for 4 days and greatly enjoyed ourselves.

The hotel is located by a busy highway, otherwise a very nice overnight stay.

I was in the area for a surgery. It was outpatient so we stayed here after leaving the hospital as post op appointment was next day. Room was basic. It was clean, fairly quiet and met basic needs. The room needs some updating. Im not real picky with rooms, but its nice when outlets work, tvs work and lights work.

Older property but good for a few nights. 2nd bed in separate room was great. Very nice staff.

Wonderful people-

You never know what to expect with a non-franchise property. This one is good! Well kept, fresh paint, clean, large rooms, suites are bigger than expected. Friendly & helpful staff. Will visit again when I am in town on business.

This is our go-to hotel in Colorado springs. Service is great and pets are welcome. Free breakfast is a big plus.
