Staff was friendly and hopeful.

This hotel was in the midst of upgrading it's facility. However, the room was clean and spacious and readily accommodated our stay. We didn't get a chance to take advantage of the breakfast, but the food variety looked appealing.

I have stayed here several times and have no idea where the bar/restaurant is located. I've also never seen the pool so not sure there really is one on this property. Also, there is no mention on hotels.com about renovations in the main lobby area. They were at a standstill on this stay because of supply issues but not very inviting upon arrival. Your site says there are renovations going on in the gym but nothing about main areas. Also, the price went up $20 from Sunday night to Monday morning. i hesitated to make the reservation Sunday night because of a possible health issue and it wouldnt have been refundable at that point. Very annoyed to find the price hike less than 8 hours later. Room accommodations were as stated on site.

Although this property is under renovation, the staff made up for any inconveniences that might have existed. I was welcomed by a staff member every time I entered the front door. This is exceptional !

Poorly maintained. Breakfast was good. Stay was unpleasant due to the state of the building and the shoddy workmanship.

I love the Hyatt place . This one did not disappoint. Great stay and close to the highway and restaurants.

The stay was great, they were renovating the property but other than that the room was clean had plenty of amenities for me and my kids. The kids enjoyed the pool. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.....

The property is undergoing renovations which they do share online upfront but the carpet was wet and the blankets were filthy. Breakfast was great stay was pleasant.

The pictures are lies! Yes, the property is under construction so a little bit of a mess is expected. HOWEVER, there were dirty socks at the pool. There were disgusting scrub brushes (that were not being used!) just lying around in 3 different locations at the pool. The pool water was cloudy and disgusting!! There were no clean towels, but plenty of disgusting used towels lying around!!!! PLUS, Expedia did NOT alert me as the customer that this was under construction or I would have NEVER booked it!!! Just another example of EXPEDIA not doing their job and passing incorrect information!!!

Looks like they are remodeling which is fine. But the carpet smells like ammonia. Did not like that smell.

This property was under renovations the hotel looked and smelled horrible. This should've been mentioned on the booking site. I feel a refund is owed back due to misrepresentation. They charged my credit card before i even reached my room.

Place was dirty. I was not able to take a shower. Someone’s hair was left in it. It was a lot of hair not sure how anyone could miss if they cleaned. Do not recommend!!!

They are renovating so it is a lot of construction during weekdays but the front desk clerk was exceptional in explaining also he was very inviting, friendly and overall a superb person. The pool was clean I liked the added security detail, note it is outdoors also the gym is well equipped. Would stay again!

There was a huge dead cockroach in our bathroom light, so disgusting. Other than that the stay was okay.
