I had always stayed in December never in the Summer in June to be specific. It was overcrowded; the pool, the restaurants. I like it better in December.

We liked the hotel, but it needs tlc. for older adults it is not convenient. A lot of stairs and a lot of walking.

By far one of the best hotels in mazatlan

The property is nice as you drive up. They have lengthy lines and could do a better job at offering water while you wait. The room wasn’t ready timely, you need a golf cart to transport you to different areas and that can take some time (10min) in the heat it was not fun. The pools were nice and the property was big and beautifully decorated. Very family oriented. The room was ok overall stay was average on a lovely property.

Jesus at the pool was awesome. He took care of us each day making sure we had what we needed.

Pueblo bonito has changed a lot! Room are run down, check in was a long wait! All inclusive very limited. Restaurant have very little options. Rooms had no power outlets to charge phones. No night activities, only positive thing is all the staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond for you. Will probably not return to Pueblo bonito.

I’ll admit I’m a bit biased as someone who spent many summers in Mazatlán, this place holds a special spot in my heart. On this trip, my family and I decided to embrace the experience as tourists, and we were so impressed by the hospitality we received. Omar and his colleague (I wish I could remember his name!) at the night buffet were truly outstanding. Both were incredibly hardworking, kind, and attentive. They served us for four nights and made us feel right at home each evening. One night, they even surprised us with a specialty pizza for our table the moment they saw us arrive such a thoughtful gesture! Their warm hospitality left a lasting impression, and by the end of our stay, we made sure to find them and say goodbye. We’ll definitely be coming back next year!

We couldnt believe that upon arrival our room was upgraded from a Junior Suite to that of a Master Suite! We were very appreciative of how they fullfilled our requests of being on the ground level and close to both Swimming pools because of my knee issues! My wife and I were very impressed by the personal attention we were given by entire staff but especially by Antonio(Dinner Service) and Ariel(Breakfast Service) at the Buffet. I mentioned that i loved Spicy Salsa with my meals and they both went into the Kitchen and Blended me some Habanero Salsa..this is just an example of the kindness that they displayed towards us throughout our stay. We were able to really enjoy our Vacation because of the staff! We definitely recommend Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay to all who are considering to go! Cant wait to go back!!

Very relaxing. Beautiful resort and landscaping. Excellent staff. Nice rooms with great view. If you're looking for night life and lots of activities, this isn't for you. But if you want relaxing and good food and drinks, it's perfect.

I visited Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay with my friends and we had an excellent time. All the staff were especially friendly an knowledgeable, the ocean view from our room was stunning, the food was great, and the activities fun and diverse. A gorgeous resort right on the beach with an array of amenities and services, I highly recommend it!

La experiencia fue buena como siempre, sin embargo, la habitación requiere mejoras como el aire acondicionado, genera mucho ruido, los elevadores lentos. Y el buffet tuvo cambios significativos a diferencia de antes de pandemia. El bar de área de adultos comienza a cerrar desde las 5pm en lugar de 6. Fuera de ello muy atentos y amigables en general el personal. Gracias.
