Property was beautiful, food was terrible. As a result I got food poisoning!

Beautifully maintained.

Shade around pool was a plus as well as beach. Stong smell of pillows and bed was unpleasant. Some parts of hotel had sewage smell specifically in evenings.

I love the beach and the food, the room is very quiet and clean and spacious but the hotel is a little outdated and far away from downtown with a one way in and out, the staff could do a little better and they should fumigate at night

Beautiful and stunning views. Hotel is supper clean and staff friendly. My only complaint is that there was no conditioner. Restaurant service was wayyyy to slow they would take a long time to serve and take orders .

Our room (2909) had the best sunset view! This was awe inspiring every day. My teen daughter enjoyed having her own room in the suite. It was an easy walk to anywhere on the property. Breakfast was the same each day, which became monotonous. Dinner was the best in the outdoor restaurant.

I have traveled to several all inclusive resorts so this review is not from just one visit. My main gripe about this resort is the pool bar situation. The resort has two pools, a family friendly one and an adults only. The swim up pool bar is located in the family friendly pool, which makes no sense. Per usual, adults do not supervise their children so the swim up bar is EXTREMELY packed with children ordering smoothies, climbing on things, jumping and splashing. We found the adult only pool to be where we belonged however, we had to climb out of the pool, dry off, put on a shirt, and walk to the snack bar bar to grab a drink. The wait staff walking around asking if people in the adult pool want drinks were basically non existent. Another issue we encountered were the conditions of the pool. The resort has several iguanas walking around the premise, this is common. This is the first time we encountered iguana poop floating in the pools. It seems these pools are not maintained properly. The food was a 4/10. The restaurants were mediocre. The buffet was the best option. We also found that the staff was not really willing to accommodate for guests. We asked for a table for 6 near the ocean in both the Buffett and the snack bar and we were told no. The rooms are okay. We had three rooms in our reservation. Two out of the three rooms had shower issues. One room didn’t have hot water, the other didn’t have water at all.

Had an amazing time with the family. Will return in the future.

The staff were all amazing especially Goretti at the front desk, Jesus at the Snack bar restaurant and Oscar at the Buffet restaurant! We’ll be back for sure!

Pros: Very clean and comfortable, staff is awesome. Drinks were great too. The beach is excellent and was the best thing this vacation. Premium level allows unlimited reservations which is a big plus. I would come again. Cons: Premium level did not feel premium and the lounge was extremely lacking. Food is good for the price, sometimes it tastes too much like butter though so it can get repetitive. Japanese restaurant was NOT good.

The property is well-maintained and clean. The rooms are very comfortable. The housekeeping staff are friendly, but many of the restaurant and reception staff (especially the supervisors) are not. The purpose of our trip was a family reunion. We traveled from different countries to share a meal, and it was impossible to get 10 of us seated together at a table. The hotel staff said it was forbidden to join tables together (even though the restaurant had more than enough space, or was even half empty). We celebrated my sister-in-law's birthday, and despite contacting the concierge twice to request a cake, the information was never sent to the restaurant, and there was no cake. I have traveled extensively in Mexico and have always been delighted by the wonderful and friendly service provided by Mexicans. Unfortunately, this was an exception.

Nice property and excellent service. The staff was very friendly and we had a lovely time. We stayed for 8 days and would go back for sure.

We had a great time. The resort is small but they have free activities scheduled until 4pm every day including some walking or kayaking tours. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
