Very outdated in my Opinion .. the bed was comfy though. Paid way too much for the night .

The oceanfront views are beautiful and outdoor accomodations are great! My room was very large and I enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sunset and fire pit on the beach at night. The poolside bar and restaurant were fantastic and all the staff on the property were courteous and professional. I will vacation here again.

Rooms could be updated but overall good experience. Staff at front desk very friendly & helpful. Liked to 24 hour store.

The property is clean but a bit dated. It is very quiet.

The location was amazing, but we had to switch the room 2 times . First I had booked a suite there was a Bay view so the first Suite patio door did not open when I went down to the reception. I told him I’m about there. They told me oh we gave you the unit that is under construction, so they switched my suite to another suite that when we walked into the dishwasher was not working when I called the office they sent someone to check it out and he said yes it’s not working in the hot water as well. It’s turned off when I did contact the office. They told me well we can refund you just $30. That’s enough money to buy paper good I was there for four nights with five family members so when I told the receptionists well that’s not gonna help me. I’m not here to wash dishes for five people. He was like OK you can cancel your reservation and find you another place to stay.finally they changed the room after I called the main number , the room was okay I had to mop the floor bc was not clean .the Coffe machine barely worked they only had decaf coffee I had to keep asking for regular coffee. But as far as the location is amazing especially if u book bay view . The restaurant by the pool make great food as well as the drink make sure you try the Miami Venice it’s amazing

Liked the pool bar/restaurant. Menu was limited but food was reasonabky priced and good. Great view from room. Disappointed that you couldn't go in water at beach. Beautiful sunsets and enjoyed the fire pit and tiki torches. The gym equipment was disappointing. They played good music at the pool. Nice selection of things at little shop but did not have charcoal to use the grills.

It certainly looks nicer in the pictures! The place is pretty old and looks like it's had some minor cosmetic updates since the 80's when it was probably built. There are some strange smells. We asked for a different room and that one was a bit better. The furnishing are old, but I guess for the price, what do you expect. It's more like Motel 6 than Marriott. The location is really nice and they have a fake beach (you can't get to the water), tiki huts and a pretty fun looking bar at the pool with food. I don't think I'd stay there again, but if you are looking for something on a budget, and don't mind taking a trip back 30 years, go for it.

The building and rooms are older, but the convenience and amenities and beauty of the location and hotel grounds is great! Our kids entire sports team stayed for 3 nights and it was a blast, with the pool, poolside food, the oceanfront chairs and fire pits, and the sand volleyball. Overall a great value, property, and location.

Amazing

Inside was nice and clean and the view of the bay was Amazing! The outside property could look better. It was a little dirty. Everyone was extremely nice and the customer service was good! Overall, the stay was Great!

This is a very nice resort. We really enjoyed our stay.

A wonderful place

We stayed here for two nights while in Tampa to visit family and see a ball game. The unit was layed out oddly. It was not filthy, but could use a deeper clean. The property was located on the water with a beach area, but no access to swimming . They advertise a fishing pier, but it was damaged and roped off for safety concerns. The best part of the property was the pool area and restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

They don’t construction they everywhere to know noisy really bad service. They do not come clean your room. The restaurant is very expensive. Do not go over there. Everything is far away grocery store activities. I wasn’t happy.
