Average nothing special

Beautiful location

Very dated, no umbrellas by the pools. Pools are tiny. Hard to get a server while on the beach. Can't use cash. Manager and front desk were not friendly or helpful when we had a couple issues arise. Server never delivered food, but we were charged for it and had to argue with the server we never received the food. Had a fight outside our room where police were called (screaming and scuffle which scared our kids)...fire alarm went off and had to leave...had no wifi for the duration of our stay, called front desk and were told they couldnt do anything about it-seemed annoyed by the call. The manager would not give anything off and was very unapologetic. Would never come back. Beach is beautiful, but "resort" was awful. Absolutely not worth the $$. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Stay someplace else.

Very good

This by far was my worst experience in my whole life. Honestly i regret every minute i spent there. We arrived at 4 am, there was no water in the room or any place to get water from, i have baby who needs formula milk and there was no water in the entire resort, when i asked the front desk, i was advised to get it out and look for a gaz station. The room’s smell was very stinky, i reached out to the front desk, and they said they will send someone, but no body did show up at all. The room’s door was very hard to close, I also reached out for help, and no body did show up, we spent the first night with an open door. Also the closet door was broken, the safe never worked. Like I said this by far the worst i ever had in my life. However, to be fair the beach was clean and nice, but also we tried to order a few drinks, and the waitress told us that she was very overwhelmed and couldn’t take our order. I think even if they offer me free nights in the future, I will never go again. Finally, they put us on a room in the 2nd floor with no elevator in the building, although it was obvious that we had too much luggage and a baby in stroller, they didn’t care. Also, they didn’t even bother to show us where was our room, they gave us a map, and they let us find our away in the dark at 4 am.

The whole property was out of bottled water! Really? It’s hot and on the beach! Disappointed!

Elevator was broken, washer dryer broken, safe in room broken. Computer system was down when we tried to check out. Manager unavailable to speak with. Nickel and dimed for every little thing. Lull driver on beach driving while looking at phone constantly, almost ran over a little girl. Overall it was a nightmare. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else. Don’t believe the photos on the website, you’ll be very disappointed!

Hotel could definitely use some upgrading. Also they charge to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, on top of the $55 per day resort fee and $25 per day parking.

The kids camp staff were incredible!!! Drink lines took forever at the bar near the beach and the $15 Pina Coladas tasted like soap. We mentioned it the next day and were told there was nothing that they could do but whoever cleaned it last probably didn’t get all the dish soap out……
