For us this was a good budget hotel in an excellent spot for getting around Toulouse generally and also picking up the airport bus. The room was clean with a very comfortable bed and fresh pillows. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only down-side is that if you like fresh air in your room overnight, the outside noise levels throughout the night are significant, so take earplugs if this would bother you.

The hotel is extremely well situated in the town, colse to bus routes and 10 minutes walk from the main railway station. Check-in was quick an straightforward My room was impeccably clean. Although on the ground floor and facing the street there was no noise. The staff were very present, helpful and polite.

Very nice staff

We didn’t know that parking is 17 euros and when we entered our room, the smell coming from the toilet was too strong so we had to open the window. Good thing about the hotel was the customer service, location, and pretty quiet.

Great location, amazing personal, but rooms looks little bit old. We really did care about it as spent most of the rime out😀

This is an older property that is quite like a hostel. Very small rooms. I could not fully open the door to the toilet or the door to the sink/shower because the bed is in the way. Otherwise, a small desk and closet. The room has a water boiler as well. That’s it. Perfectly workable, not fancy.

A fantastic and convenient place to stay in Toulouse

Very very convenient location ! Walkable from the train station, and close to Capitol, Marché Victor Hugo ! Lots of nice restaurants in the area too ! Thank you, the nice young man who helped me a lot, with my checkin or with my pizza

Nice

This hotel is a good choice for anyone wanting a base to explore the city & it's area. Ten minutes easy walk from both the train/bus station and the city itself. The room was a decent size, good shower facilities and a comfy bed. The hotel team is friendly. I enjoyed the traditional French breakfast options. There is a small bus station outside which means a bit of noise but nothing unexpected for a city centre hotel. I wasn't aware of any evening dining options but there are plenty of places within a couple of minutes walk. I would sstay here again.

The place was clean and the staff were pleasant. Member of staff spoke English was a plus.

My room had no window and was at the end of a long hallway. If I had known this I would have chosen a different hotel or room. I didn’t feel safe in the event of a fire or emergency. I did my best not to stay in the room except to sleep.

The property is old but nice, Staff were very courteous, especially Margeux. Hotel was close to the Capitol, which made things easier. The room was very small but we managed.

Perfect location for getting around the city, friendly staff,

Good. But could do better. Damp smell in room. Corridor damp and artic coming away in places. A dehumidifier would help and an air fresher in room. Also court yard could be made in to a lovely area for guests.But due to communal ground it’s just wasted. It’s a shame.

Staff were excellent - they were friendly, sociable and helpful! The hotel has a bar and we took the opportunity to relax with a drink before going to our room each night. Whilst it’s not the most modern it has character and is in a fab location for exploring Toulouse and day visits to the surrounding areas. It is clean and comfortable and serviced daily. We enjoyed our stay in Toulouse and especially at this hotel. Would stay again and would recommend.

It’s central and near the bus route and the dining . Friendly staff and good room.
