Our flight got cancelled so we got stuck in Charlotte. Randomly selected this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Cassandra was the best!

Feont desk was very friendly and helpful.

We just needed a quick overnight stay to catch our flight out in the morning. It did the job, nothing fancy, but reasonably priced, close to the airport, and had a free shuttle back which was great.

Easy drive from airport. Public areas were bright and clean. Our room was worn - visible wear and tear- frayed bedding, worn doors, warped areas in bathroom. Staff didn't help When we found a pair of underwear hanging in the closet upon our arrival. We were asked 'do you plan to use the closet?!' Would not recommend nor will we return to this property.

Very good stay. It all started with the Latasha the front desk clerk greeting us and welcoming us. She is a real asset to your organization.

The ladies at the front desk were amazing!

I was surprised to see there were no sidewalks. But I was still able to walk and get something to eat nearby. Property was very clean. I felt safe. The front desk service provided by Letisha was excellent! The shower water pressure was perfect. Bed was comfortable.

Most uncomfortable sleep. The bed was awful and there was a bright spot light shining right into the room at night. Couldn’t get the blackout curtains closed. No restaurants around open even at 8:30pm on a Saturday. It was probably one of the worst stays

Convenient location and friendly staff

A little on the older side but it was fine for a 1 night stay.

The place was not as much dirty as it was outdated and needed a facelift

The shuttle service left something to be desired. The driver said the desk clerk did not let her know we were waiting for a pick up and she left without us and did not return until we called a second time after at least 30 minutes. She picked us up and then could not operate the doors on the mini van. The next morning we waited for a driver to take us back to the airport for an early flight. The group that were riding with us were of the same opinion. It seemed that the older man was in a world of his own without a care that we were anxious to get to the airport. He was slow to go to the shuttle, slower yet to load us. He actually drove around the building for no apparent reason.

Drivers were amazing. So nice.

This hotel is very clean, and the staff was helpful. We were able to check in earlier.
