Fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. Hairs in the bath and slightly worn bedding(some tears) on arrival . Great trade of room service for a free drink next door! Good location.

We booked two rooms, both rooms were very clean and one had a nice view. The room without the adjoining door was very well soundproofed. The location is great. But otherwise it was an unpleasant stay. The entire hotel floor was kept very hot., both the rooms and the hallway were hot. The room thermostat would only produce heat no matter what setting you put it on. In order to sleep we had to have the windows open and we were still warm. We had two rooms and it was the same in both. I could also see others on the floor had their windows open. Which wouldn’t have been so bad but the problem with having the windows open is the drunk people wake you up around 3am and the birds wake you up at 5am (There must have been at least a hundred in the adjacent park) Additionally the beds were extremely firm and resulted in everyone in our group complaining about a sore back. The rooms are way smaller than they seem in the photos. The front desk staff was dismissive and indifferent to all the customers I saw them deal with, not just us. Unlike others hotels we stayed in. It was very overpriced for the experience. At a lower price it would match the experience but the whole point of a hotel room is sleep and it did not provide that. I would not recommend this hotel.

No English breakfast but it was very nice. No usb charges in the bedroom and mattress needed updating but it was all clean. I will definitely stay again

Very good! I had a wonderful experience at NH Valencia! Friendly and professional staff. Spotless, modern, and comfortable room. The location was perfect — close to key attractions, great restaurants, and public transport, making it easy to explore the city and back to to Airport. Breakfast was excluded while booking for our stay, but with €11 pp for breakfast was great: fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality. I left feeling refreshed, well taken care of, and recommending NH Valencia for anyone looking for quality, comfort, and great service in the heart of the city!

It did not have facilities for English visitors for charging their phones and the person on the reception desk was particularly unhelpful and didn’t speak english

Bien ubicado, un área muy turística para caminar y se puede coger el bus frente al hotel para ir a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. En general muy buen hotel si vas a pasar fuera todo el día.

Great location next to the aquarium/science museum. Good links to various bus stops. Good shops and supermarket within walking distance. No hot drink making facilities (kettle) within the room. Room a little on the small side. Staff really friendly and helpful.

It was brilliant and right opposite València main attractions which meant I didn’t have travel

First, the rooms are tiny- but that’s okay. We lost power in our room one day, and, the worst part—- there are bed bugs!!! I got home and there were bites all over mine and my husband’s body. Do not stay here. Gross

Lack of parking space, and the available spaces too small, very complicated to parking at the hotel

This hotel is outdated and needs alot if work. There are stairs to reception so you need to grab your suitcases and take them down with you. Elevator doesn’t go down to the reception from entrance of the building. The room is spacious and very basic but great for a few days stay. It is amazingly close distance (5 min walk) to the science Centre which takes a whole day to see, but far from old town. It is not close to the beach either. It is a 15 to 20 min taxi ride. Not much food and restaurants around except for locals and one cafe. Shopping is a good 20 min walking distance. Over all not bad for the price. Staff not very helpful. Reception wanted to charge me for the breakfast we never had when I went to check out.
