The location is absolutely unbeatable and truly iconic. However, the hotel itself was rather disappointing. The rooms are quite small, which is understandable for a historic building, but the lack of air conditioning was a major issue. Our room was on the top floor and became extremely hot. The hotel provided a standing fan, but it was still very uncomfortable. Overall, the facilities feel quite dated and basic. The tennis courts were old and uneven, with water accumulating after the rain, so we weren’t able to play as planned. The common areas could also have been cleaner, and we were surprised that a hotel of this size did not offer EV charging. This beautiful historic property relies heavily on its iconic location and charm and would greatly benefit from some renovation and modernization.

it´s so well located and beautiful. Almost everybody in the staff are so helpful.

The lobby is beautiful and spacious with many seating areas. Do book a riverview is possible. Restaurant on site offers a great buffet breakast and many choices for dinner with a gorgeous view either indoors or the waterfront You are a close walk to catch the Whale watching tour

80 + degrees and still no a/c. 2 nights in the 80's inside and out. Baths have been renovated.

This hotel reminds me of bygone eras. It's full of character and charm. And is my choice of stay whenever in Tadoussac All Staff is really helpful and kind. The location of the property is also what sets it apart from others. It just sits right on a huge lot, facing the water. Rooms are a little on the older side. No aircon. But nights are usually cold in Tadoussac, so not much of an issue. And the reception sends portable fan if you really need it. Love this place. Will definitely stay there again.

L'hôtel jouit d'un emplacement exceptionnel, le personnel est très aimable mais ... pas de climatisation ! De plus, une moquette vieillissante n'aide pas avec l'humidité ! Notre chambre réservée au dernier moment, certes, était petite, une petite fenêtre équipée d'un bâton pour la maintenir ouverte sans clim , très cher !!

Fantastic location across the StLaurence with a beautiful view. Beach is right down the front garden, . Beautiful garden. At walking distance of everything you need ( restaurants, small grocery store , whale watching boarding, etc ). 2 mn away by car from the ferry . Menu offered at their restaurant is with the price you pay (made with local products )

Hôtel d’exception pour ceux qui aiment s’imprégner de l’histoire de Tadoussac. Un vrai petit musée qui a su garder l’aspect historique mais avec les commodités d’aujourd’hui. Un À ++ pour cet hôtel

Les lieux nous avons l’impression d’être dans un au époque.

Iln'y a pas de personnel Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour qu'une personne vienne nous aider au bas de l'hotel. Personne ne s'est présenté. le fille de la platforme tel s'est excusée mais, pour ce qui est de l'hotel nous aurions pu attendre jusqu'à mort s'ensuive. et MEME PAS UN MOT D'EXCUSE Pour info, pas de réception, pas d'enseigne cela aurait pu être un hotel de passe, il aurait été mieux indiqué.
