Super convenient hotel. Lots of restaurants within walking area. Only 7 min ride to airport.

Breakfast options was okay, very limited options.. scrambled eggs and bacon from hot breakfast entry. Cerals, yogurt, banana, waffles. Room was very close to the road and next to taco bell. Was able to hear horn and road noise.

Of the 2 experiences I've had with this property, Michelle was WONDERFUL!!! She was excited about her job and the property and took GREAT care of me. Contrast with Debbie who droned on about rules and showed little enthusiasm about her job. That transaction felt very corporate and cold.

Good location, convenient to everything, we'll definitely suggest to family/friends and very good breakfast.

Great stuff but it's so jaded

The desk clerk was very helpful in getting our over-sized truck parked when it wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. She also gave us a good recommendation on where to eat.

One of worst Fairfield’s I’ve seen.

Check in was quick. Front desk was very friendly. Facility needs a littl upgrade though.

The customer service was really good. I wish they had a better breakfast buffet, was quite disappointed in the options and expired milk. Also, I was told the check-in additional charge would be credited back to my account, but I still got charge the $8/per day for my stay. I've stayed in quite a few hotels in the area, and this was the first that I got a charge like this. Unfortunately I don't plan to stay here again when I return.

easy access, nice place ,close to everything.

We have stayed at your hotel before. We like the easy access to the airport and the hotel is clean and quiet.

Staff was great! Room was very dated and not super clean. Found hair clump in the toilet that wasnt flushed and sheets were cheap. Old carpet. Walls very thin and could hear people above you. Very good price but fair hotel overall.

Room was clean but felt like a hotel from the 80s. The room furniture was very old. The microwave looked like it was one of the originals. Bathroom was updated and very clean.

Excellent!

This hotel is quite a bit more shabby than in the pictures. Bed was somewhat soft, room cleanliness was average, and while the room had a lot of space everything felt well used. Breakfast was adequate. Staff seemed in a hurry to clean rooms.
