It is a very peaceful area very close to a Q-line stop, making it easy to get downtown. The room was extremely clean.

The Inn on Ferry Street is very charming! It has the feel of a bed and breakfast. The buildings are old and quaint, which I like, but if you need everything brand new, this might not be your style. The rooms could use new carpet, and the mattress was a little soft for my taste. But I'll be back because I love the ambience and location.

Came to town for a concert. The young lady Ariel at the desk was exceptional helping with directions to the venue. There are 4 houses and you are welcome to go into each and see the beautiful homes.

The Inn has lovely staff and historic charm. That said, our toom was located just inside the main entrance. There was a great deal of noise from other guests coming in and out and making coffee at the coffee station. The parking lot was also full, so we had to search our street parking. However, it’s close to the Qline, felt very safe and easy. We’d consider staying again but will request/book direct to ensure we have a room upstairs.

It could use updating. Just looked a little weary. Good variety at breakfast.

Love the area & love the building. It’s a cute place but has its issues- our room was so unbearably hot and thermostat did not work. The tv was nothing but static, small and old.The whole building needs renovation work. Don’t try to call to get help with anything as no one responds at front desk. Would not stay here again. There are similar places we have stayed like this that are 5 star. They have their own parking lot but you still have to pay for that on top of the high price to stay there

We thought it would be fun to stay in a historical in. And could not have been more pleased. It was beautiful, clean, everyone was super nice, breakfast was good - I would go again in a heartbeat.

I love the old Victorian homes in Detroit and this did not disappoint…staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed spending time in the parlor room. It was very quiet and away from the traffic noise of Woodward. Unfortunately I couldn’t get the TV to work.

Interesting period property with lovely staff, but quite isolated location and there was a late night party in one of the other rooms. Close to the art gallery but far out of the city, although there is a free streetcar from right outside.

For my activities- the perfect location. Low key vibe and a great value for a spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast service is nice too and the staff are all helpful and friendly.

Staff stole my food and lied about it. It was clean and neat, but the staff was rude and stole a food delivery and failed to admit about it. Would not stay again because of that reason. Also, we’re over, eager on trying to get tips, which makes me not want to tip!

I booked for one night only and woke up to no running water. TVs are very small with no smart TV options. The view of the Bedroom TV blocked by the doors of the dresser that it’s in. It also seats very low that you can’t view while laying in the high bed.
