Hotel staff lovely, room clean and area was quiet and picturesque. Only problem was the pricing, they tried to charge me £7.50 for 2 330ml cans of pop. And the alcohol prices are very high

Easy check-in. Great food. Good choices for breakfast. Helpful staff. Good location. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed hwre for 1 night so we could go to the Billie Eillish concert. It was so good to be so vlose to the venue,and being able to park was a bonus too

Booked a twin room as I was traveling with a friend, was given a room with a queen sized bed, returned to reception to advise the mistake, only to be told there were no twin rooms available despite my confirmation of having booked a twin some 6 weeks previous. Was offered a room with a double bed and a z bed, as it was 3 o’clock in the afternoon and we had an event to attend at 6 o’clock we had little choice but to grudgingly accept the room. We had intended to stay for 2 nights, but because of the cramped conditions caused by jamming a z bed in beside the room bed and the general discomfort caused, we decided to cut our stay short and checked out, a day early, at 11 o’clock the next morning and returned home. Not happy at all and will not stay at this hotel again, spoiled the whole weekend.

Nice room with friendly staff, good breakfast

£300 a night, absolute shambles of a place. Our bedroom door didnt lock, so you could enter from the outside. Moved room and same issue. Something wrong with the locks apparently. Restaurant was the lowlight of the hotel. Miserable staff and waited over 45 minutes to get our food. The food wasnt cooked either. They forgot our drinks too. Breakfast was not worth the money at all.

We booked to be near bellahouston park. Bar was brilliant and staff ordered us a taxi which took us safely to our destination. Ovo and armadillo on our doorstep

Our room had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Some furniture had small scuffs but all clean and nothing to put us off. Would highly recommend

Really great and pleasant staff

Excellent location for hydro, nice bar/restaurant too. Room was nice and clean but aside from that, quite bog standard, the bathroom was tiny and felt dated oddly since the hotel does not seem old.

Great stay for business, they staff are wonderful.
