Beautifully decorated. Classy. Gym was nicest I’ve seen at a hotel. Although very hot. Rooms spacious and well decorated. Comfortable beds.

The staffs were very kind with smile and the room was neat. I will definitely book again.

Room was well equipped and clean. Secure underground parking bit lot was very dusty/dirty. Looks like built up dirt from winter that needs to be swept. My husband accidentally dropped his coat and it was filthy.

Comfy beds. Italian restaurant had exquisite food. The breakfast at the oval room was tasty. The spa is amazing.

Absolutely wonderful stay here. It's a historic hotel and if you adjust for that expectation, it is a fantastic property. We had a king standard and the only thing was the bathroom was small with no counter space, but it's a modern retrofit to a 100+ year old building. 10/10 for cleanliness and the staff went above and beyond with service. The Oval Room food was really good (breakfast and dinner!) and the best service we've had in months. Valet parking was available for a very small fee and totally worth it (we have an F150 they were able to accommodate).

Elevators are slow/old. Rooms are quaint. Halls could use some brightness. Service is really good. Lots of places to eat within walking distance including the Forks and train station.

The link to the pool for guests of the hotel was a bonus!!!

A historic hotel. The service was excellent. The bed was lush and comfortable. The bathroom and shower was small and my only complaint but would not put me off staying here again. The location was walking distance to the Forks and other tourist locations. It was busy but the valets were extremely accommodating.

I miss the morning coffee delivery.. I could hear the elevator from my room..was quite annoying…other than that ..wonderful..loved the restaurant downstairs…the waiters are superb as is the food..

There was only one lamp beside a queen bed so one person couldn’t read in bed at night. There was no CBC available on the TV. The elevator was either very slow or not working.

Great location, but paying premium nightly rates for a motel quality room was disappointing. The bathrooms are from the 60’s, no in room fridge, and the floors were filthy. Definitely not worth $3-400 a night.

It’s in a great location within walking distance of tourist attractions such as the Forks and Human Rights Museum. The property also has historical charm. However, the bathroom condition was something you find in a motel, and had unpleasant odor during my 2 nights stay. Because if that happened, I would not return to the hotel in the future

Lovely experience in an historic railway hotel. Winnipeg is a joy to move about in. Pizza in the restaurant was excellent and waitstaff was great
