Good quality and great staff

Some big wig government officials were staying there during our stay. Guys with firearms in the lobby and hallways. Not comfortable at all.

The staff would leave the front desk alone for hours at a time. Who knows what they were doing but no one was there for hours.

Nice and clean place, they are remodeling the hotel, therefore it was noisy in the morning. Other than that, very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Excellent service, the staff went out of their way to be extremely helpful. Unfortunately the water in the shower did not have enough pressure.

I liked everything, service was awesome they were very attentive and willing to give service as well as friendly. I have absolutely no complaints what so ever.

Shower head is terrible and loose from wall. Barley any pressure Air conditioning is very noisy and turns on and off multiple times

Overall I had a nice visit. I was simply a bit put off when I saw hair in the shower

I would recommend this facility. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Every effort was made to make my day trouble free. The restaurant and lounge is very nice and wait staff was also professional and very courteous. The facility is safe from local crime and the front desk is monitored 24hrs/day.

Our stay was we though was going to be nice until we woke up bitten from bugs. We though we were getting bitten while being out but by the last night we knew that it was the room. The floors felt dirty and humid and it just was not the pleasant stay that I usually have at the holiday inn. Non the less the hotel staff was super nice and even took us to our family house nearby. Ther service is awesome and the staff the room was very subpar not what you expect from a holiday inn.

Hotel is dated; really worn and not clean. Please clean carpats desperatelly
