There were ants in our bed Sunday morning. I took the sheet to the front desk full of ants.Photos sent to the Hilton. com site. Up until then one of our rooms 105 carpet was very sticky. I reserved 3 rooms.

Great property for an overnight stop on our way to Gulf Shores ! Our room is spacious and clean!

Staff was not friendly upon checkin, no rooms were ready, told to come back in 30 min, came back and had to wait another 40 min. Rooms were not clean, carpet was sticky and bathroom was dirty. Will not stay here again.

My wiife and i always try to stay at Hampton inn never a complaint until now the carpet in our room was disgusting filthy my feet stuck to the carpet will stay at Hampton inn again just not that one

the hotel was fine for what it was a one night quick stay stopping over .nothing to really rave about- just mid. it was clean and comfortable safe for a family our front desk lady was amazing though . she had excellent customer service and strived to make sure our stay was above and beyond . Thank you vicki , you were the best part of our quick stay !:)

Room was comfortable but there was a carnival going on next door and the band could be heard until almost midnight on a Sunday. Breakfast was just ok.

All was good but the bed was not the best for my back. I love that Hilton is now supplying the shampoo, etc in nice easy to dispense containers! No need to carry those in the travel bag! Brooke at check in was very helpful for assigning us a room which would be quiet during the chaos expected with lots of travelers.

Friendly staff, comfortable, clean.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There was a hair on the tile up high in the shower. The shower leaked. The noise level is high with thin walls. There was trash in the parking lot and surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay which was only one night while traveling to Florida but it’s pet friendly and slightly nicer than some other places and the beds were very cozy. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were great. We were happy with our stay and will come back.

Jill at the checking desk was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff. Ample local amenitites. The girls loved the Starbucks next door.
