Friendly staff, comfortable, clean.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There was a hair on the tile up high in the shower. The shower leaked. The noise level is high with thin walls. There was trash in the parking lot and surrounding area.

We enjoyed our stay which was only one night while traveling to Florida but it’s pet friendly and slightly nicer than some other places and the beds were very cozy. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were great. We were happy with our stay and will come back.

Victory was awesome. She was very nice, knew her job, and went above and beyond our expectations. Text to make sure all was well with us and if we needed anything. The lobby was clean. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We plan to stay here again on our trips through the area!!!

Breakfast bar was good. Spent one night with no hea. Offered room change but it was evening and we were too tired to move everything so waited until next day.

Great place to stay

Bugs (roach and something else). Bed had serious dip right in the middle. Dropped something on the floor and looked under bed. It was filthy.

This hotel is exquisite! Modern, up-scale and the best bed & pillows ever! Brooke, Front Desk , was fabulous. Polite, friendly, efficient and perfect. I highly recommend this hotel.

Vicky who checked us in at the front desk was fabulous. The front desk employees who followed her could/should learn from her. The rooms were perfect. Cleanliness A+. Very nice experience

We had a great stay, it was a pleasant surprise to have joining rooms.

While the desk clerk, Vicky, was very helpful, when I first arrived she was outside smoking right at the doors!!!!! I detest, and am allergic to cigarette smoke!!! Nothing worse than having to walk through a plume of cigarette smoke after driving all day and then smelling like that when you get into your hotel room!! I wanted to turn around and leave but I had prepaid and was not able to get a refund!!!!
