I thought this was a nice hotel with great staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the lobby all day and a good breakfast buffet in the morning.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn for three days on a business trip. We used their conference room for training. Their staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Good location with lots of shopping & restaurants close by. A bigger parking lot and an outdoor patio area would have been nice but overall I would recommend.

Safe, quiet, convenient and clean. Will stay again.

It was clean. Breakfast was terrible and the noise was terrible due to road noise and plow trucks at 4:30 am. Staff was friendly

My go to hotel in Lawrence! I will never stay anywhere else when I visit.

The staff were great. The bathtub had visible dirt smeared in it so we opted not to use it. I meant to take a pic but forgot. There were huge food crumbs outside our door which was at the end of the hall so no one else should have been near it. The phone rang repeatedly and when we answered there would be no one there. The front desk said calls would come through them and they hadn’t called. Tried to turn on the heat and there was a horrible smell so we had to shut it off. Reported that to the staff so they could look into it. Haven’t had an experience like this before.

The beds were not made their was open cup plastic paper also the bathroom had used tissue everywhere as well as the usb ports were not working they were broken

Love the location of this hotel. It was dirty in the lobby and buffet was ok.

Room was very clean and the staff was respectful and helpful. The only hiccup was no frosted flakes available for breakfast. I understand about eating healthy but at least let us make that one choice when it comes to cereal lol.
