Stayed here many times over the years for URI football games. This time it was with a friend for fun. Always comfortable, clean, very nice.

Good: should have breakfast included

Microwave in room was needed.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice and quiet. Room was clean and cool in the heat.

The hotel is old and in need of an overhaul. It was clean but beds were uncomfortable.

Stayed for kids soccer tournament at URI… no issues as at all easy and convenient.

The front desk staff. especially COLE, were so totally awesome — helpful, knowledgeable about the area. The outdoor pool was big, clean, had a deep end… my stay was a terrific experience.

The property is fine, but we booked an accessible room in February, because we knew this was going to be a high demand night. We arrived tonight, in May, and found the hotel did not receive the instructions from Travelocity to put us in an accessible room. This is the second time this has happened when booking through Travelocity. Tonight, the hotel has zero spare capacity and we will have to take the rooms booked. They are very sorry they can’t help, but that is down to Travelocity not passing on instructions.

Jason did an excellent job checking me in. Also was very helpful getting a returned item from a local restaurant to me. Thank you.

The property and room were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay as always

Check-in was friendly and efficient, hotel and our room were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walls by the windows definitely need some attention. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. We were a big crowd and our server was attentive, and the food was delicious.

I had booked a wrong weekend for my stay. During check-in, the assisting manager Barry was very helpful by contacting Expedia to help me correct the booking date. It took almost an hour to correct. Barry was every helpful and he also gave me complementary breakfast.
