The property and room were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Great stay as always

Check-in was friendly and efficient, hotel and our room were clean. The bed was very comfortable. The walls by the windows definitely need some attention. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. We were a big crowd and our server was attentive, and the food was delicious.

I had booked a wrong weekend for my stay. During check-in, the assisting manager Barry was very helpful by contacting Expedia to help me correct the booking date. It took almost an hour to correct. Barry was every helpful and he also gave me complementary breakfast.

Close to campus

My room was very clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly. Anyone would appreciate their stay there.

The only thing that was not perfect were the beds. The sheets did fit on the bed and the bed was very uncomfortable. Overall it was a good stay. In addition, access to the hotel was excellent.

Staff is friendly and location is great for visiting URI. The hotel itself is clean but dated and could use a remodel. The room was spacious but had seen better days.

First time in this hotel, was impressed with the fact that it had a nice restaurant. Had breakfast there. There was one bed that was sagging in the middle, not really comfortable but doable. One sad thing was the coffee pot in the lobby was removed early, for me, I like to have a cup of coffee before I go to sleep.

High attention to most important aspects of our stay: cleanliness of room, very comfortable bed/pillows, professionalism of staff, quiet. Plus complimentary bottles of water in our room.

Perfect stay for a quick weekend getaway to see family

Everything from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out was amazing. The hotel and rooms were clean, well maintained and well lit. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. We will only stay here when we visit town.

Clean and spacious and the staff is professional and friendly. The price was also great and it included breakfast. We are repeat guests and will continue to go here.

This is my 6th stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and remembered my family. Super convenient to university of Rhode Island. Hotel is quite, beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Spacious, clean, closest hotel to URI, breakfast was weird breakfast where they just had a couple of not great pastries and fruit to grab and go. Maybe they had a lot of staff call out sick from the kitchen? Last time it was restaurant style and was godd and was included.
