The lobby looks nice but thats about it. Our room was super old and the hallway on the 12th floor was ugly. Carpet on the 12th floor was peeling and very dark. I also asked for an extra pillow and they never brought it to me. First and last time staying at this hotel.

I was left several days a note in the key entrance in the door knob indicating that i had to let the housekeeper in to clean the room, (i would put the “do not disturb” sign in the door knob) I had late shifts and woke up til past 12pm take a bath and leave and would not come back to the hotel til 8 or 9pm. Frustrating, i have never had that in no other hotel. No simple old style iron in the room, i had to request it to reception and took 1 day to get it. Their steam devices are slow and leave clothing horrible. Since day one i told the receptionist to fix the closet because it did not close and they never came to fix it. Overall partially ok.

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years and have genuinely appreciated watching it improve. Most of the property has been beautifully renovated, and it shows. Unfortunately, this stay was a frustrating exception. I was placed on the top floor, which has not yet been renovated. The room felt very dated, but the bigger issue was visible water damage and a noticeable mold smell. My allergies flared badly throughout my stay and I struggled to sleep. I requested a room change multiple times and was told nothing was available. On my last night they finally moved me to a renovated room, and the difference was immediate. My allergies cleared up and I slept well for the first time during the trip. I want to give this hotel the benefit of the doubt because the overall trajectory is positive. But placing guests in rooms with mold and then leaving them there for multiple nights despite complaints is a health issue that needs to be addressed. I hope management takes the top floor seriously before other guests go through the same experience.

Would love to start by saying that the staff was very accommodating and friendly, and fhat the remodel they did to the ground floor lobby turned out great, it really looks amazing. Having said that, not one dollar went into the bedrooms, and it shows. Unfortunately, the bedroom had a nasty rat-excrement-like smell when we turned on the AC (which was off as soon as we entered the room at 8pm check-in). That was an awful start of our stay. The black out curtains were really dusty, the underside of the bed was full of dust and hair, the floor felt sticky, overall cleanliness couldve been improved. The bathroom was ok, although the SC vent was very dusty. Overall, I wish I had made a different choice of stay. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it.

The showers were really nice, beds are really comfortable, but the room smelled so bad. It smelled like if they mopped with a dirty mop, sort of like a humid smell. To check in it took like 30mins, so staff wasn’t really organized.

This hotel was perfect, friendly staff, extremely vlean, and breakfast was excellent

Renovations are on last stages. Not an issue for guests. Friendly helpful staff. True it is 10 mins walk to Starbucks and Fashion Drive Mall but the sidewalks are not in good shape and not really fully set up for comfortable walking for pedestrians. Overall very pleasant stay.

It was a beautiful hotel, featuring breathtaking views and exceptional attention to guests. I highly recommend it for families and special occasions.

Construction inside building in mornings so be prepared for multiple drills and hammers blasting through your walls. No need for an alarm clock
