Nice updates. Every thing was very nice. Only complaint was the ratchet people who came two days before we left making noise til 5:00 am.

Great property

The property was clean and very quiet, which I truly appreciated. However, one aspect of the stay left me feeling disappointed. I had booked the vacation for myself and two other family members and their families. I paid extra for a 2-bedroom unit, while they each booked 1-bedroom units. Upon arrival, I was informed that both of my family members had been upgraded to 2-bedroom units—one of which was significantly larger than the unit I had originally paid extra for. While I understand upgrades happen, it felt unfair that I, having paid more upfront, ended up with a smaller space. That said, the overall stay was still wonderful, and I did enjoy the resort.

The property itself is fine, it’s the other people I have issues with. The people up above us were extremely loud and the ones across the hall were very rude, loud and obnoxious. We have a 3 yr old. It’s not cool to play ding ding ditch at 11, scream at the top of your lungs etc.

We were in a two bedroom unit on the third floor near the end of the road. We had two and requested that at least one unit be on the first floor, request was confirmed via email but when we arrived they said they never received it. They charged an extra $400 for “amenities” but it’s unclear what the amenities are other than a pool - which all the area resorts have. Activities were very lame here and nothing any of the kids or adults were interested in. They also called daily asking us to take the time share tour and offering to waive amenity fees if we did. Aside from that the place was decent. The large tubs don’t have jets which is weird and neither does the hot tub.

This property exceeded all expectations for my family. This will now be a yearly vacation place

This property was fantastic!!! They will try and convince you to attend a presentation for their timeshare opportunity. We took them up on and it and received some nice goodies in exchange-but it is optional and not required if you book through third party. The property is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! We opted to stay close to the pool and swam every single night after spending our days at various parks, museums, etc.

This time we stayed at a unit that was not renovated. It wasn’t bad. However, the unit was a little warm. I had to request fans. Which they promptly brung 2 fans to the unit. The unit itself was clean. A bit small for 6 but definitely can mage 4 comfortably. Trash cans need to be away from the front door. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant. I will definitely return.

Had a good time

My husband and I come here quite frequently. Although the furniture of the rooms are a bit outdated, we do love how spacious the rooms are, how clean and well maintained everything is. It is very quiet and relaxing as well. My only complaint is their TV systems are in need of a serious upgrade. TV's are very small and have no options whatsoever, only a channel guide. TV entertainment is quite outdated for rainy days or even if you just want to relax in your room for a day.

The water main broke and we had to leave the property and spend an entire day checking in and out of hotels. Some buildings are renovated. We stayed in one that is not renovated. Old carpets and drapes and the rooms stunk of cigarette. Just an awful experience for our first visit.

Cleaning, security, and maintenance staff do an awesome job with setting a level of excellence.

We typically chose this location due to the large condo style rooms. Love this place

We had no end of problems which started at check in. I specifically asked for a certain room as im disabled and we did not get that room. Had to wait whole day to change rooms. Air conditioner broke. 87degrees in our room. 10pm at night workers brought 3 air-conditioners into our unit. Just a ho

I called the front desk about bed bugs and didn’t receive a call back.

Our stay was fine - quick overnight without much time at the hotel. Check in was slow - and you can barely make it out of the reception area without being pitched a timeshare. The rooms are spacious but VERY basic. The kitchens are a bonus but they are not well equipped. Didn't even have dish soap. On the plus side, pool and activity areas are very nice and the hours were great. Front desk is very responsive through text too.

Overall the condo was nice, although lacking in cooking/baking items. We had a great time until the morning we needed to leave. From about 8am - until we had to checkout (10am) we had no water at all to the condo. It sounded like several condo buildings were without water. Not having water really caused issues for out family.
