Felt like staying and a dirty cheap motel

room was clean and very functional. area is somewhat bleak, but has decent amenities and great value (minh quan restaurant !!!)

It was ok. The WiFi didn’t work for me. The food seemed expensive without a lot of choice as I’m a vegetarian.

Clean, friendly, efficient, good breakfast

The area the hotel is in is scary. The reception looks ok. The receptionist, both night and morning were very friendly. The room was clean but very small. The bathroom was furnished new but on the ceiling there was mold. The breakfast bar was excellent.

Hotel is fine as a budget hotel. Didn't have breakfast as it seemed an expensive option. Rooms were fine and well maintained. Food acceptable but a little short on choice. Staff pleasant enough without going overboard. I'll be back at least twice more.

Nice hotel, modern and clean, a little outside city centre. We were given free tickets to the public transport right next to the hotel. Very covenient.

Nice hotel but rooms are a little basic. Bed is at 45degrees from corner (diagonally across room) which felt odd. Room was warm and no air con so had to leave window open slightly but then trams and road noise was quite loud until the early hours. Made sleeping difficult

For the money an excellent hotel

The TRYP by Wyndham hotel in Halle is a pleasant business hotel with basic amenities. To be honest, I would not want to spend a long time there as it lacked warmth and character. But the staff were very friendly and helpful (I only spoke German with them) and they offered a bus pass valid for the duration of my stay, that is to say, for the day of my arrival and the day of my departure which was the following day. This was very useful as I could roam around Halle at my leisure (it is an interesting place and deserves a visit). The hotel is located in the Halle-Neustadt area, quite a distance from the city centre and the main station. To get there, take the S-7 regional train to Halle-Neustadt and walk a short distance to the hotel, or better still, take the No. 9 tram from the station (no. 2 from Marktplatz, the city centre). The room was pleasant but simple, not really a place to linger but fine for a night or two. The wifi internet connection was good and dependable.

Great business hotel. Clean and comfortable.

The hotel was clean, functional and easy to find! Located in an odd out-of-town location, the beds were pretty uncomfortable with comedy pillows that made for an awful night's sleep. Food was okay, staff ponderous and lacked knowledge of the local area.

The hotel i conveniently located on the outskirts of Halle for visiting the Franhofer Institute or MPI. The rooms are very basic but functional. Wifi was free but very slow.

Ziemlich heruntergekommen.

War schon mein 2.ter Besuch in Halle und bei Tryp by Wyndham für ein Wochenende. War mit Zimmer und Sauberkeit sehr zufrieden. Das Personal war wie beim ersten Besuch sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das Frühstückbuffet übertrifft meine Erwartung ,mit so einem Angebot kann man gut in den Tag starten. Gerne wieder .

Parken überteuert, Frühstück :keine hauseigene Brötchen sondern billige Tiefkühlkost, im Zimmer keine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit

Schimmel im Bad, dreckige Wände. Für den Preis eigentlich ein NoGo, daher nur 3 Sterne. Die Putzfrau hämmerte um 8h früh an mein Zimmer (hatte sich vertan), sollte auch nicht passieren! Frühstück war allerdings top.
