We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was top notch. Will definitely come back when visiting Rogers.

Everything was great.

Hotel was clean but very outdated. Furniture in rooms were very scuffed up and carpet was very stained up. Bathroom was very small in our room.

This was a good place to stay for a night visiting friends.. the room was clean but the bathroom did not smell good. Otherwise, I have stayed here before & like this facility.

Loved the staff. Very friendly. Hotel was very nice and clean. Easy check in process. Made our day finding out the shuttle could take us and pick us up at the Walmart Amp for a concert we were attending. We could have stayed in that bed all day it was so comfortable.

Stayed here for a nearby concert. Service and attention to guest needs was absolutely over the top. Assistant manager Ren personally drove us to the concert and made sure to give us their cell number for pick up. When we called they were already finishing the first trip back and came back and got us for the complimentary ride from the concert. Very clean. Quiet. Nice free breakfast. Somebody is obviously trying hard to run a hotel with attention to customer service. Very congenial.

We had a very nice stay. Our air conditioner went out but the staff was on it immediately and gave us another room, even offering to help us move. They made sure we were comfortable and provided excellent, friendly service throughout our stay. The hotel is very clean, the pool was great, beds were comfortable and water pressure was great.

The hotel was clean and looked nice. The lobby, halls, and elevators we very warm for 90° plus day, but when we walked into our room it was nice and cool and felt great. The room was clean bit the fridge didn't seem like it got very cold. The shower had a crack in the ceiling and when the unit above ran water, it was steadily dripping into pur shower. The beds were very firm and we did not sleep well at all. The beds were not comfy at all. We went down to check out the breakfast and decided not to eat. There wasn't a lot of choices and my kids were bummed they didn't offer waffles or pancakes. This hotel will work for people who like a bed that is like laying on the floor, and if you don't care about breakfast options.
