Good trip, nice property, good breakfast, close to the main hub

Really nice hotel, spacious, modern, clean and good location close to city centre.

Braga was wonderful and The Mercure was a great place to stay

It was right in the city which is great. Parking was slightly expensive however staff are great. Level og service was exceptional and overall made for a smooth experience

Great location and excellent staff, large room with balcony, only negative bed mattress and pillows were uncomfortably hard for us.

Staff at reception were so helpful arranging a taxi to get my wife and I to the Bom Jesus and made sure the taxi even came back for us The waiting staff in the restaurant were also very helpful and friendly the food was outstanding !!

Well located with adequate transportation. Clean but our bathroom had a very irritating drain/sewage smell that occasionally wafts through. Decent continental breakfast with accommodating staff

We were there during a tempature transition period. We were there on a hot day but the AC was not enabled to the rooms.

Close to everything

Very good one night stay, close to local dining and bars. Clean and friendly staff. Breakfast didn't have much variety but it was ok.

If not for the mattress we would have given it an excellent. The mattress was so hard and like sleeping on a box spring. It was actually painful to us. The hotel is two blocks from the center where there is no traffic. Our usual hotel was booked so we tried this one. Clean and friendly. The food was excellent also.

Even though we have paid for breakfast and have it in black and white on our reservation the receptionist insisted that we have to pay extra for breakfast

We loved Mercure but Expedia transferred us to this property from Colina Guesthouse but did not give us the free parking nor the free breakfast for the two night stay which they said would be included. This cost us over 80 euros extra. We contacted Expedia. They said they would clear up the problem. They did not. I will do my hotel booking elsewhere.

Really nice hotel, very clean and spacious room. Location of the hotel is mins away from the centre of the city. Plenty of restaurants and shops around the area

Clean and comfortable. Fresh and tasty breakfast. Nice and helpful (and fluent in English) staff. Short walking distance to center of old town.
